"Ms. Du, you're overthinking. We're not here to arrest you; we just want to have a chat," Summer Shawcross walked over, smiling at the woman.
"Bullshit, setting up a man to lure me and then saying you just want to talk to me!" Yvonne Duval said emotionally, casting a dissatisfied glance at the rugged man standing by her side.
"What exactly do you want, revenge on me?" she added, glaring viciously at Wendy Linden.
Summer Shawcross stared at Yvonne for a while before continuing to speak.
"Quinn Linden has already abandoned you and gone overseas, and Elder Linden wishes he could kill you. You've made quite a few enemies in Narsus City over the years. Now, there's no one left to protect you. Even if we don't harm you, there are plenty of people who will. Do you have anywhere else to hide?"
