This accident instantly caused a stir on Weibo, and some people even called the TV station to complain.
They said that if the TV station aired the show starring Tang Lingmu, they would boycott the station forever.
Seeing that Tang Lingmu had yet to make a statement, people's discussions grew even more intense.
As the situation was about to spiral out of control, Bai Haoxue, who was sitting at the reception, got up and walked toward the center of the stage.
Bai Haoxue walked to the microphone at the center of the stage and made a quieting gesture, "Please calm down, everyone. Allow me to say a few words.
I am Tang Lingmu's new manager, and regarding this matter, I will give everyone a complete truth tomorrow!"
"Why wait until tomorrow?" someone shouted discontentedly from the fan section.
Bai Haoxue said, "Because... to be honest, I was not aware of Lingmu hitting someone."
"You weren't aware? You're lying! You're his manager. How could you not know?"
