After posting on Weibo, Jensen Sterling looked down at the young girl who was deeply asleep, his gaze trailing over her face inch by inch. Then he gently tidied her messy hair, lifted the blanket, and got out of bed.
Over there, Cameron Grant stayed up until two in the morning, only going to rest when he saw that the online uproar had calmed down a bit.
But he had only slept for a few hours when a call from a staff member woke him up.
Cameron, still groggy, pulled the phone over with difficulty, eyes closed, and answered it.
His voice, a bit hoarse from lack of sleep, asked, "Hello, what's up?"
After a couple of seconds, Cameron's originally closed eyes snapped open. He turned over and sat up in bed, his eyes wide like saucers, shouting, "What did you just say!"
