Mia Sutton licked her lips, "Forget it, she's probably been lectured by Director Lawson to the point where she's in a bad mood. Let's not bully her."
She clicked her tongue twice afterward, "I am really such an understanding little darling."
She graciously gave herself a pat on the back.
Jensen Sterling chuckled, "Yes, you are quite the understanding little darling."
Hearing this, Mia paused for two seconds, then licked her lips again.
It didn't seem like much when she said it herself, but hearing it from Jensen... Well, it felt a bit overwhelming.
Especially with his tone.
And so, our understanding Mia really didn't take this matter to heart.
