Just like in the Commissioner's memory, Pei Chen had a high-cold demeanor that kept strangers at a distance.
Shortly after the school started, he was remembered by many girls who sent him love letters, but he surely didn't care at all, offending every girl who tried to know him in no time.
Ah Chen didn't pay much attention to Pei Chen; he didn't do anything, and she couldn't take the initiative toward him.
Pei Chen actually noticed Ah Chen. Despite not being the Commissioner now, he was still deeply impressed with this beautiful desk mate.
After all, it was the first time since childhood that he encountered a girl who gazed at him with such calmness, very different from other girls who rushed to him, making it impossible for him not to notice her.
His mom was very strict and would absolutely not allow him to get close to girls and do anything that might affect his studies.
Originally, he didn't like those girls either and didn't care much.
