Luo Rang clutched the purchase order tightly, glaring at the procurement officer and Duan Weijia, feeling utterly betrayed.
Duan Weijia was a chef he personally trained, and their relationship had always been good.
He never expected to be stabbed in the back by someone he trusted.
Luo Rang was burning with anger, still terrified whenever he thought of the situation.
He had been so careless, why hadn't he thought to check the inventory in advance? Instead, he foolishly waited to set off for the provincial city and even happily washed the car the night before!
Luckily, Fu Yu discovered the problem in time. If Fu Yu hadn't noticed the issue with this batch of goods, Luo Rang would most likely have already driven off.
Once these goods had entered the kitchen and been served to customers, if someone noticed something amiss, it would have been fatal!
Luo Rang hated himself for not being more strict over time, failing to brainwash and supervise his subordinates regularly.
