The issue today is not just Jiang Xuelan instigating Yang Dayong to cause trouble, but more so the problem with this KTV.
KTVs that operate normally, they all have some connections, whether with the police or the underworld. How else would they handle troublemakers?
You can't really call the police every time, because the ones who cause trouble here are either drunk or have connections. Who in their right mind would cause trouble for no reason?
Even a decade ago, places like this would have people watching over, fearing others would cause trouble. Although security is better now, if there's trouble in their own place, how could they not know?
But at the end, even after both sides started fighting, no one came out to stop it. If it were a small shop with just a few people, that'd be understandable, but this KTV isn't small.
