"Yo, Sasuke."
"My name isn't Sasuke. Don't go giving people random nicknames, you bastard," Kinich said, completely speechless. Since when did he suddenly have a name like that?
What did he have to do with freaking "Sasuke"?!
Lumine looked thoughtful. "Honey, you mean… Kinich's diary and 'Sasuke' share the same voice actor?"
"Not just that," Koji said. "That weird pixel dragon floating around Kinich is 'Naruto' too."
Lumine was hugely shocked. So it's a Yaksha, huh.
"Sasuke didn't become Hokage in Naruto, but in this world he became Naruto's owner. That's insane."
This was truly the world turned upside down… but honestly, it was hilarious.
"What are you even talking about?" Kinich couldn't understand a word. It all felt totally random, like they weren't even on the same channel.
"Haha, it's not that '017' said anything—just some old similarities," Lumine said.
She was a little disappointed. What she heard wasn't Kinich's diary—if it had been, it definitely would've been interesting.
"How about we go to the Naruto world next time?" Lumine looked at Koji and suggested.
"Mm… sure." Koji nodded. Honestly, the Naruto world wasn't that interesting—five villages fighting each other over and over, and in the end the only one who could actually make it to the finals was the Child of Prophecy.
The Five Kage were strong, sure—but against Uchiha Madara piloting a Susanoo like a mecha, they were still just a bunch of trash fish and rotten shrimp. There was no way they could win.
And yet, that same Uchiha Madara with the most overpowered final-boss aura? In the end, Black Zetsu straight-up reached into his chest, turned him into a convenient stepping stone, and left him as "just another corpse by the roadside."
Kaguya Otsutsuki had better stats and better mechanics, but somehow she didn't have Madara's oppressive presence.
Rip—!
Space tore open into a one-person-wide passage. Abyssal aura spilled out as Skirk stepped through.
"I'm just letting you know—my master is back," Skirk said.
Hearing that, Koji lifted his head and looked beyond Teyvat. Sure enough, an undisguised surge of Abyssal power was coming from outside.
So the Wicked Knight was that confident? Even if he'd gained Abyss power and grown much stronger over the past five hundred years… how strong the Heavenly Principles were—
"Because of the Star-Devouring Whale?" Koji guessed.
The Star-Devouring Whale was the Wicked Knight's pet. There had to be a connection between master and servant.
"If I kill him, does that count as 'killing your master' between you and me?" Koji asked.
"That just means he wasn't good enough," Skirk said flatly, without the slightest hint of sorrow over her master being about to die.
And besides—dying at the hands of a strong opponent was, for someone like her master, probably an acceptable ending.
"Oh. Then I'll go and come right back."
"Lumine, just wait here. I'm going to help my big brother-in-law get revenge," Koji said—and the instant his words fell, he vanished from thin air.
Skirk turned and stepped back into the spatial rift. Whether by reason or by sentiment, she would go witness the Wicked Knight's final curtain.
Beyond Teyvat
A dense Abyssal domain surged around the Wicked Knight. The moment you stepped into it—if you weren't strong enough—you'd be corroded and erased. Or you'd be turned directly into one of the Wicked Knight's puppets.
As a human who had seized a portion of Abyssal power for himself, the Wicked Knight had already surpassed the category of "Teyvat human" and reached an entirely different tier of existence.
He looked back at his "home planet" again, and his gaze didn't ripple with the slightest emotion.
There was nothing left in Teyvat that could interest him.
"Wicked Knight, nice to meet you. A top-five entry on Teyvat's 'born-here rankings,'" Koji said as he stepped out of an unseen void, smiling in greeting—mockingly.
"So you're the one who killed my pet?" The Wicked Knight didn't care about the ridicule. What he pursued was something higher. And in his eyes, Koji was already a dead man.
Arguing with a dead man over that sort of thing had no meaning at all.
"You mean that fat-headed fish?" Koji asked.
"Tasted pretty good. I cooked it a bunch of different ways. Got any more?"
Koji kept taunting him right to his face—because after this, there wouldn't be another chance.
"No," the Wicked Knight said, sounding almost troubled. "That thing is hard to come across."
The massive greatsword in his hand sliced through space, leaving behind gashes that reeked of Abyssal corrosion. The way he wielded Abyssal power was already refined—he'd truly mastered it.
"Come on. If you could beat my pet, then you're not weak. Let me see whether Teyvat still has any strong people."
Koji thought about it. He was a transmigrator, so he didn't really count as a "Teyvat person."
But if that's how you want to frame it, then I'll gladly accept.
"Starfire: Ashen Extinction."
A boundless sea of flames erupted from nothing. This shattered starfield instantly became a domain of fire. The wreckage of stars, swallowed by the inferno, turned to ash in the blink of an eye—dispersing from this world…
[Blessing of the Pyro Element]: Your control over flame has reached the absolute extreme. You can manipulate any fire…
Sss—sss—sss…
The Wicked Knight's Abyssal domain began to evaporate.
This wasn't "countering." This was raw, overwhelming numbers—total stat-check domination.
"What…?"
Feeling the flames that could scorch the heavens and boil the seas, the Wicked Knight finally showed genuine shock. His always-advantageous Abyssal power was being suppressed by elemental power.
Since when did Teyvat's Pyro become this strong?
"Don't be surprised. This is just the beginning," Koji's voice whispered into his ear.
At some point, Koji had silently appeared right in front of him.
[Blessing of Teleportation]: With a single thought, you perform a great void-shift—switching positions in an instant.
Koji grabbed the Wicked Knight by the head and slammed him downward. At the same time, his knee drove straight into the mask with a teeth-grinding crack—shattering it. A vicious face, brimming with malice, quietly emerged into view.
"Your face reflects your heart. As expected, you're not a good thing."
"Tsk, tsk, tsk… the resentment of living beings. How many people have you killed?"
Koji still had the Wicked Knight by the head, carefully studying his face.
"You… you're not from Teyvat, are you?" the Wicked Knight realized—too late—that something was off about Koji's power.
Smack!
Koji slapped him so hard he spun like a top.
So what if I'm not from Teyvat—does that mean I'm not allowed to beat your ass?
Ridiculous.
ORA ORA ORA ORA—
Koji stopped pretending. Grabbing the Wicked Knight by the head, he started raining down punches. Every hit made blood spray from the Wicked Knight's nose and mouth.
This wasn't a fight.
This was a one-sided beatdown.
The Wicked Knight's blood was an abnormal purple-black. Inside and out, he'd been dyed by Abyssal power. He wasn't even a normal human anymore—so Koji could just go all-out and hit him like he meant it.
After all, Koji was the most loving Traveler.
The wronged souls had begged Koji to vent their anger for them—so of course he had to satisfy them.
So he aimed for the face.
Confirmed.
