Inside the Sanctuary of Surasthana.
"What are you trying to do?"
"D-Don't do anything crazy!"
Nabu was completely panicking right now. A lone man and a lone woman sharing a room—and the key point was that Buer had closed the door.
Apep didn't really understand present-day Sumeru, so Buer naturally had to play the host for a bit. On top of that, she was worried someone might accidentally provoke Apep and turn everything unpleasant, so after returning to the Sanctuary of Surasthana, she left right away.
Before leaving, this was what she said:
"Discipline Nabu properly. As for how you discipline her… do whatever you think is best."
"Did you not hear clearly? Buer said I'm supposed to discipline you." Koji said with a grin, closing in step by step and forcing Nabu back into a corner.
As expected of the Goddess of Flowers—her gorgeous, soft, seductive figure was unbelievably tempting.
Snap!
Clatter-clatter…
Koji snapped his fingers. This space seemed to come alive. Transparent emerald chains reached out from the void and bound Nabu up tightly, winding around her in a complex, crisscrossing pattern until she was completely immobilized.
Oh-ho~
"Turtle-shell binding?" Koji froze for a beat.
The chains had wrapped Nabu up using a very famous rope-tying method. And because of that particular style, it made her already eye-catching curves look even more pronounced—front and back, everything pushed into a painfully alluring display.
Wasn't this basically inviting someone to commit crimes?
"It's so tight… I can barely breathe…" Nabu struggled instinctively, only to realize she couldn't move at all.
These chains were something Buer had studied for fun when she had too much time on her hands, so their binding power was absolutely reliable.
Unless you specialized in brute strength—or possessed powerful Pyro or Electro—you couldn't break free.
Nabu used Dendro, so she was bound so tightly she might as well have been sealed.
"What are you going to do?"
After failing to break free, she caught the heat in Koji's gaze and felt fear rise up reflexively.
She knew exactly how charming she was. Even Amon—that guy was one of her admirers.
"Nothing."
"Nabu, are you afraid of pain?"
Koji asked casually. Doing something like "thrusting like a dragon" was… forget it. That was a bit too far. But he could switch to other punishment methods.
"?"
The moment she heard that question, she got a very, very bad feeling.
"Slime, it's your turn."
Koji took out an Electro Slime—adorable, harmless-looking, the kind that seemed like it couldn't hurt anyone.
Next came letting the Goddess of Flowers taste what a slime could do.
The Electro Slime split off two lumps of slime gel, faint currents flickering across their surface.
The Goddess of Flowers wasn't wearing shoes. Perfect—no need to take anything off. Those jade-like feet were genuinely flawless: crystalline, delicate, radiating an incredible, maddening allure.
Thump!
Under Nabu's horrified stare, Koji grabbed her foot in one hand.
The punishment began.
"Hah…"
Nabu bit her lip.
Buer… you win this time.
So what if she usually liked teasing Buer? Was it really necessary to call someone in to torment her like this?
At that moment, she actually regretted her earlier trash talk—just a tiny bit.
Her consciousness felt like a little boat tossed around on stormy seas.
She admitted it: she'd celebrated too early. She'd underestimated slimes—ordinary elemental creatures.
Right now, aside from shame, she had no other thoughts.
"Haa…"
Nabu's face was burning red, and she started panting—hard enough that it felt like she'd basically become "Haki-bu" now.
"Already? That fast?"
Looks like Nabu was the classic glass cannon: fierce mouth, weak body—nothing but a paper tiger in reality.
"Alright, I'm leaving now."
Koji turned as if he was going to walk out.
Nabu regained a bit of willpower and hurriedly said, "Please… let me down."
Koji was truly inhuman—how could he come up with such vicious punishment methods?
"Call me something nice. Otherwise you'll hang here, and Buer can let you down when she comes back."
"D-Darling…" Nabu's face was still bright red as she forced out the affectionate address, voice as soft as a mosquito.
That sweet, sultry tone was so seductive it could practically get someone's ears pregnant.
Koji was very satisfied, and he released the Goddess of Flowers immediately.
Thud!
Nabu's legs went limp. She couldn't stand at all and collapsed onto the floor.
Then she instantly felt what was beneath her. Her face—already red enough to bleed—turned even redder, so red she almost fainted.
W-W-Waaah…
It was over. Koji had seen that humiliating black history crystal-clear. If he ever threatened her with it, she'd be completely at his mercy.
"You have to take responsibility. I won't be able to get married anymore!" Nabu said petulantly.
Koji heard that and laughed, half speechless. "Nabu… even if none of this happened today, could you really get married?"
The idea of a god getting married was rare no matter how you thought about it. As far as anyone knew, the only godly couple was the Overlord of the Vortex, Osial, and his spouse.
"Uh…"
Nabu fell silent. That line had just blurted out of her mouth—getting married was honestly impossible for her.
"I don't care, you already made me…" Nabu was too embarrassed to say that out loud.
"Fine. I can take responsibility. But are you sure you're being sincere?"
Koji asked with a meaningful look. Nabu was anything but well-behaved—he didn't believe she'd suddenly become honest overnight.
"Of course I'm sincere. I'm still single to this day!" Nabu said righteously.
She might be called the Goddess of Flowers, but she wasn't "flower" at all. She'd always kept herself pure, okay? Even when she died, she died without a man.
"With me here, I can be your strategist. We'll bring Buer into the harem—are you tempted or not?"
Nabu started causing trouble again. Buer wasn't here, after all.
"Nabu. I'd love to hear your ideas."
Buer appeared silently, wearing a "kind" smile.
Seems Koji's "discipline" hadn't worked after all.
"Buer… when did you get back?"
Nabu asked guiltily. She hadn't expected the person involved to return so fast—she felt like she was done for.
"Right when you said that sentence."
The smell was incredibly strong. Judging by Nabu's complexion, she'd clearly just experienced something rare.
And in this room, there was a wonderfully fragrant floral scent.
