Lily stared at the small window above the kitchen sink. Her eyes staring ahead into the forest. She had been staring at the same spot for almost ten minutes, but she hadn't really been seeing the trees.
Her mind was somewhere else...With Ava. She wondered what her sister was doing at that moment. Scott had promised to protect her at the party, but there was no way she could tell what had happened. All she could do was wonder all day if ava was okay.
Was she still at the Hult Estate? She was Mrs hult now, it was still hard for her to come to terms with it.
Was Damian with her? Her brother in law...she shrieked at the thought..
Lily closed her eyes. She had tried, she really had. She had tried to stay inside that cottage like Scott wanted.
