"We were talking."
"Talking."
"About last night. The photos. The statement."
"Talking requires clothes, Haejin."
Silence.
Soorin pressed her ear against the closet door. Straining to hear.
"Hyung—"
"Save it." Manager Park's voice was ice cold. "I don't want to hear whatever excuse you've prepared. Just tell me—is she in there?"
"She's—"
"Don't lie to me. I'm not stupid."
More silence.
Then Manager Park spoke again. Quieter this time. More dangerous.
"Do you have any idea what you've done? The risk you've taken? Not just for yourself, but for her? For the group?"
"I know—"
"You clearly don't. Because if you did, you wouldn't be standing here half-naked in her room the morning after I spent three hours doing damage control."
Soorin's stomach twisted.
From inside the closet, Soorin could hear everything.
Every word. Every pause. Every unspoken threat.
Manager Park's voice carried through the thin door, sharp with barely controlled rage.
