Chapter 132: Ending.
The war ended with the destruction of the World Government.
Once Imu and the Five Elders died, the remaining World Government soldiers lost their reason to continue fighting. Some dropped their weapons immediately, while others fled from Mary Geoise.
The Marines who have fought them hard also stopped, some of them had died and many have critically injured, they are also who died for example Akainu and Ryokugyu. The Holy Knights lost the power granted to them through Imu covenant, allowing the Revolutionary Army to defeat and capture them.
Dragon ordered his soldiers not to attack anyone who surrendered.
The former Marines helped carry the wounded from both sides away from the battlefield. Doctors treated revolutionaries, Marines, pirates, and government soldiers without caring which uniform they wore.
The war had ended with the defeat of Saint Imu.
Now they had to deal with everything it left behind.
Jack walked out of the ruined palace alone.
His battle armor are still shiny without a dust, thanks to Nanotechnology it clean it well nicely.
Every Strawhat Pirates and also Revolutionary Army who was there looked at him, no one spoke at first. Then Luffy raised one hand and waved at him.
"Jack!"
Everyone then called him too.
Luffy had helped Usopp, Nami, Nojiko, Vivi and the others who are weak and beat them badly.
"Did you beat Imu?" Luffy asked.
"Yes, we have win the war.
A wide grin appeared on Luffy's face.
"Shishishi! I knew you would win!"
The Revolutionary Army began cheering.
Their voices spread across Mary Geoise and continued towards the Red Port below. Former Marines raised their weapons, while people who had spent their entire lives as slaves stared at the ruined palace in disbelief.
For generations, they had believed the Celestial Dragons were untouchable.
Now they finally gained their freedom, Jack conjured so many food and gave it to them.
While other slave who was being tortured are being treated with his healing cosmic.
Dragon approached Jack after he were done.
"Is Imu truly gone?" he asked.
"Don't worry, he had died and even Blackbeard power had been stolen, he can no longer use his devil fruit power," grinned Jack.
Dragon looked towards the shattered building.
"Then eight hundred years of rule have finally ended."
Jack shook his head. "Destroying the World Government was the easy part."
Dragon glanced at him, didn't know what he try to say.
"We now have to prevent the world from collapsing," Jack continued. "Millions of people depended on the Marines, trade, and government institutions. If everything disappears overnight, pirates and criminals will take advantage of the confusion."
Dragon nodded, this is now their job.
"I have already called every commander. We will establish a temporary council until the kingdoms can choose what replaces the World Government."
"You aren't planning to become the new ruler?"
"No." Dragon looked towards the empty sky.
"The world has suffered enough from one person deciding what is best for everyone."
But before he could say more, Garp landed beside them.
"Good," he said. "You were already an irritating child. I can't imagine how annoying you would become if someone gave you a crown."
Dragon eyebrow twitched.
"I don't remember asking for your opinion."
"I'm your father, you don't need to ask."
Sabo covered his mouth to hide his laughter.
Ace didn't bother hiding his. Dragon released a slow breath and chose to ignore them.
"Vice admiral garp, you are only coming after we defeated the bad guy," commented Jack.
"What did you say brat?" Garp become annoyed.
"I am tired Vice Admiral," said Jack then he turned to Luffy who was hiding after seeing his grandpa, although he had become powerful enough but seeing his grandpa make all the trauma resurfaced.
"Luffy, let's party," shouted Jack.
Hearing a party Luffy show himself and call everyone for a final party.

During the following weeks, Mary Geoise was completely transformed.
Every slave was freed. The explosive collars around their necks were removed, and the treasure stored by the Celestial Dragons was used to help them return home. Those who no longer had a home were given a job and money.
The Celestial Dragons lost every privilege they had once possessed, they weren't executed without trial, Dragon refused to build the new world upon revenge. Instead, each Celestial Dragon was judged for the crimes they had personally committed.
Some were sentenced to spend the rest of their lives in prison.
Others were forced to work and repay the people they had harmed.
For the first time, they had to live under the same laws as everyone else.
Representatives from hundreds of kingdoms gathered at the newly built Mary Geoise. They agreed that no Empty Throne would ever be created again.
A World Council was formed, but no nation was given permanent control over it. Every member kingdom received a voice, and the council leaders could be removed through a public vote.
Slavery became illegal across every sea and the Heavenly Tribute was abolished, replaced with a free pass for brand to promote their product.
Countries were no longer forced to pay enormous amounts of money in exchange for protection.
Dragon helped establish the council, but he refused every permanent position offered to him.
"The Revolutionary Army existed to end the rule of the Celestial Dragons," he explained. "If I use our victory to place myself above the world, then we will have accomplished nothing."
Instead, King Cobra agreed to become one of the first representatives of the new council. Having travelled with the Straw Hats and witnessed the suffering caused by the old system, he understood both pirates and rulers better than most people.
The Marines were also rebuilt. They were separated from the World Council and given the freedom to refuse unlawful commands. Their first responsibility was to protect civilians, regardless of whether their kingdom belonged to the council.
Several Holy Knight had survived for example Gunko, because of Jack she was brought into voyage together and then they meet Brook. Finally, Jack heard what really happen in the past and finally knows what Brook expression after seeing Gunko on the manga panel.
Jack healed Brook body and he got his old face without wrinkles.
They found one piece 2 years later and returned back to Mary Geoise.

TIME SKIP 6 MONTHS
For a past few months after they went to Laugh Tale, Jack discovered his body started to become weak and sometimes can see his body to become transparent.
"System why does my body become transparent," asked Jack.

"I see," said Jack. It is a pity he cannot live here for the rest of his life but he still happy the world had become better.

Jack smiled, he changed everything to gold bar and gold coin using his transmutation ability.
Finally after collecting at least 10 trillion dollar worth of gold, Jack stopped and went to meet the other members of strawhat pirates.
"I will return to my planet," said Jack.
"Wait what do you mean?" asked Luffy, everyone stopped what they were doing.
"As I said, I am not born here so I will return to my own world, Now My power had fully returned so I will return to my world back," replied Jack with a smile.
"WHAT!!!"
"CAN'T YOU STAY HERE"
"WHY DO YOU NEED TO LEAVE"
Everyone try to convince Jack to stay here.
"I can't because I will return tomorrow, I really do wanted to stay here but my body can't stay in this planet longer," said Jack. He had asked system but it was impossible.
Suddenly they could heard a footstep running away from their place, but they don't care about it. Right now they are on verge of loosing their nakama.

UNEXPECTED TOMORROW.
"Thank you jack," said Luffy.
"You are my bro, Jack," Usopp had started to cry.
"Don't get sick, Jack," Chopper had also crying.
"Thank you for your advice," Vivi also crying.
"It is a pity you can't eat my food," smirked sanji.
"Man did you place have samurai too, Mihawk had lost to me," commented Zoro.
"Giant is a warrior we hope you will be warrior there," said Dorry. "Yeah, you should," added Broggy.
Bartolomeo, "Jack Senpai I really gonna miss you."
"Aniki, Can't you stay here?" asked Bonney.
"I am sorry bonney, but I can't control my power,"
Robin, Nojiko and Nami give a gift for him. "Thank you for what you've done."
Suddenly another footstep run towards them.
"Jack, I can't let you go, I love YOU SO MUCCCHHHHH," Hancock running towards him, her spy had told everything that will happen to Jack.
After knowing that Jack would leave this planet, she come here as fast as she can.
Everyone stopped what they were doing, Hancock tried to grab Jack arm but suddenly everything like a teleportation.
Both Jack and Hancock had been transported back to his planet.

Author Notes: Yes, Jack return to his world while leaving the rest of the crew dumbfounded, it was Robin who told Strawhat Pirates that if they touched Jack body they might follow jack to this world.
About Hancock and Jack, they get married. When Jack on one piece world, he had constantly rejected Hancock because he didn't feel any sexual body.
Although Jack didn't looked as good looking as before and have scrawny body unlike his past. Hancock really loves Jack, she become a good wife and mom, they both had 8 sons and 5 daughter [YOU KNOW WHY :)]
Jack lost his power, although his face still the same but he no longer have his power here.
But he brought a lot of gold and he no longer working, everyday he would plowing togethere with Hancock.
