ELBAPH - PRINCE LOKI
Loki had been tied up against the Adam Tree for so long that he had learned to use the others animal to feed him a food.
Because he was here for a years, he instantly picked up something was wrong the moment the screen on the sky lit up. Although he can't see and can't feel the screen using Haki, but he can feel the giant using his haki. Not just that, the drop of temperature also happen at the same time.
Thanks to that, he instantly noticed something was wrong until he heard the music.

"What now, did they play music?" Loki grumbled annoyingly but the longer he listened, the addictive it become.
"What kind of woman has this very good voice," he muttered to himself, straining against the chains just slightly before remembering it was pointless.
The song continued and the more he listened the more certain he became that it was not coming from any single direction. It was coming from everywhere at once, from above, from the distance, from every corner of Elbaph simultaneously.
He pulled at the chains anyway out of pure frustration.
"If someone does not tell me what is happening right now," he said through his teeth, "I am going to be very unhappy."

GIANT WARRIOR
Elbaph had three levels and because of that the broadcast had spread twenty screens across the entire island, each one positioned so that every giant regardless of where they stood could see the sky above them clearly.
The effect was total chaos across threee level, they never once had someone intrude their place like this.
Warriors who had been in the middle of training stopped mid swing, children who had been running and playing around stared upward with their mouths open. Even the animals seemed to feel that something had gone wrong.
For a long moment the entire island of Elbaph, one of the most fearsome places in the entire world, fell silent and they all looking at the sky.
"What magic is this," said one of the elder warriors, his rough as he stared at the screen above him.
"It is not magic," said the warrior beside him, equally uncertain. "It is coming from the sky itself."
"Nothing comes from the sky itself without a reason," said the elder. "Someone put it there."
"Who could put something in the sky that covers the whole island?"
Nobody had an answer for that.
A younger warrior pushed forward through the gathered crowd to get a better look, her eyes wide. "The face on the screen, is that a human?"
"Two humans," corrected the giant beside her.
"What are humans doing in our sky?"
"Quiet," said an older voice from somewhere behind them. "Watch."

Meanwhile Gaban looked at the screen with serious face.
He had been sitting alone while sharpening one of his axes but stopped when heard the song, he set the axe down and looked up.
Although he had staying here for a long time but he knows the affairs and news of the world.
So he instantly knows who was the man that appear on the sky screen.
Monkey D Dragon, the Revolutionary Army leader.
Then the figure beside Dragon came into focus and Gaban leaned forward slightly and recognize other person. This time is Monkey D Luffy the man who had caused chaos around the world.
"You have got to be kidding me," he said quietly.
"Roger," he muttered under his breath, his eyes still fixed on the screen. "The world now turned upside down again."

MARINEFORD
The broadcast screen are not only happen in the Pirates territory but even the place like Marineford, the same screen are lit up on the sky.
Kizaru tried to use his laser and attack the screen but his attack passed through, Sengoku even try to use hiz zoan form and coated his palm with haki but the attack passed through too.
The others tried to use cannon and mortar but it still didn't disappear, eventually they gave up and just looked at the screen.
The moment Monkey D Dragon face appear, everyone started to panic.
Some soldier use their gun again but to no avail it was useless
"Then how do we stop it?!"
"I do not know!"
Suddenly something even worse happen.
"All frequencies are dead," reported the communications officer, her voice still stable despite the panic.. "Outgoing and incoming. Everything."
"Everything?" said her superior.
"Everything, sir."
The superior stared at her for a moment and then walked very quickly toward Sengoku office.

Sengoku watched Dragon face appear on the screen.
The vein became visible on his temple, showing how angry he currently is.
"Damn you Garp," he said, while his eyes was twitching. "Your son AGAIN."
The door to his office burst open and three different officers tried to speak at once.
"Fleet Admiral, the screens cannot be—"
"All Den Den Mushi are—"
"We have attempted to physically—"
"I know," said Sengoku frustrated
"Sir?"
"I said I know." He turned from the window. "Stop trying to shut it down, you cannot shut it down. I have tried to punch that floating thing but it was just passed through. Whatever technology is behind this is beyond anything we have in our arsenal and standing there hitting it with swords is making us look like idiots." He straightened his coat. "Post every available soldier at every public area on this base. I want order maintained, don't panic and create chaos. Whatever is about to be said in that broadcast, I do not want our own people falling apart."
The officers scrambled out executing the order.
Sengoku turned back to the window.
He stood there alone for a moment, looking at Dragon face projected across the sky above his base, and thought about Garp with a mixture of feelings that he had never had in thirty years of friendship.
Luckily Garp are not here otherwise he might kick that lazy old man.
