" Then Just Give Me 6 Years !!!"

Instead they went to the Mayor's office where they were welcomed as the official guests of the city .
There they also met with Su Yuze who once again invited them to their clan .
However the first elder Xiao Lin politely refused saying that they have important matters at home .

It was to spread the word about the engagement promise cancellation and other informations related to it .
Obviously the Mayor and Su Yuze were more than happy to do this.
After all this meant that the power of the Zhau clan had fallen even more .
Although Su Yuze was a little unhappy after failing to invite Xiao Lin for a banquet .
But still the news about the humiliation suffered by Xiao Bo made his day all the better .
Soon using their connections the news was spread throughout the city within half an hour .
And it would only take a few more days for the news to reach every corner of the region .
At first some were untrustful of this news .
But as the day went by both the Xiao clan and the Zhau clan released official statement supporting this matter , which finally brought an end to the entire incident .
This resulted in a public humiliation of the Zhau clan .

And as for the Xiao clan they were praised buy many for there exemplary behaviour and once again they were recognised as the strongest clan in the kingdom .
But that's all about the future and for now let's come back to the present once again .
After completing all the formal works and staying for 2 hours the Xiao clan caravan finally left the Feather City .
However their departure didn't mean that the storm within the city had gone away .
After they left the city became highly active as the news started to spread and people started to openly the talk about it .
But behind this active storm of activities there was another even greater storm going around within a young man's heart that could not be seen .
Location : Forest Behind The Feather City :
" Rustle ! Rustle ! " at this moment when the sun has already set handing over his job to the moon .
A figure whose figure was hidden by the darkness of the trees was going through the deep uneven and moss filled grounds of the jungle without any sense of direction .
After reaching a waterfall the man stood silently while gripping a purple coloured pendent .

Apparently Zhau Xuan had left the Zhau clan estate without telling anyone and came to the forest all alone .
But the question come why did he do that .

This continued for some time and just as Zhau Xuan was getting nervous a deep voice sounded .

Suddenly a flash of light came from the pendent Zhau Xuan was wearing .
Then a small streak of light came out of the pendant and suddenly a hologram like image formed in front of Zhau Xuan .
The the holographic image like thing was actually a spirit that had managed to take a semi transparent spiritual form after years of cultivation.
And as for how he came out of the pendent that Zhau Xuan was wearing .
Well ? It's a long story but let me tell you in short .
This pendant is very special to Zhau Xuan as it was given to him by his mother at his birth before she passed away .
According to his father this pendant had been passed down since multiple generation in her mother's family .

After talking for a while Zhau Xuan learned that the spirit whose name was Bing Fu was actually a Dou Spirit from a distant past who was betrayed by his friend and consequently had to preserve his soul in this pendant .
Afterwards the pendant changed from different owners, hands to hands before finally being brought by Zhau Xuan's mother's family .
Which then passed down from generation to generation finally reaching Zhau Xuan's hands .
And it was only after so many years that Bing Fu was able enough store energy to come to the physical world even if as a spiritual ghost .
And fortunately it's also the time when Zhau Xuan was in need of guidance .

Author's Thoughts : Sigh ! Classic case of a old spirit coming out of something important to the main character and then helping him or her to become strong .
Come on author ! I thought you will write something more interesting than that .
