Two hours later, Sonia was all smiles as she watched Lyan and Mr. James respectfully send her off.
They have dined, chatted a bit more and learnt a lot in the process.
Looking at Mr. James in particular, she couldn't help but say to him, "the people will be there tomorrow. Just be at ease," understanding the kind of pressure the man was experiencing.
Upon receiving that, Mr. James was thrilled and a sense of relief washed over him.

She didn't say anything after hearing that but looked at Lyan and flashed a smile at him, a certain mirth flickering in her eyes as that sense of familiarity she felt from the day she saw him gnawed on her. However, she suppressed it as she said to him, "Thank you once again for the help. I will treat you to a meal another time," making a promise. After all, without meeting him again. how was she supposed to probe where this familiarity that was bothering her was coming from?
