The building exists to serve S-level superpower users, overseeing business including but not limited to "ability development," "image packaging," "public relations," "crisis management," and "brand design."
Usually, this building only serves [God] and [God of Indians].
Now, [Yi King], [Undying Gentleman], [Romantic Goddess], [Industrial Dominator], and [Soul of Slav], have also become guests here.
