Although she felt a bit embarrassed, she still wanted to learn more from Professor Song through Xu Mumu.
"What's up with you and Xu Mumu? How come you two are so close?" Shen Ya said through gritted teeth. Clearly, it was she and Su Yue'e who had a better relationship, but now Xu Mumu had stolen Su Yue'e away; how could she be happy about that?
"Really? I actually want that." Su Yue'e wished her relationship with Xu Mumu could be better. In her freshman year, she couldn't really get involved in much laboratory work, which left her feeling a bit melancholic, as if all her enthusiasm had no outlet.
"You, Yue'e, we are the ones who are friends." Shen Ya said, not pleased, looking at Su Yue'e.
"I know, we are friends, but being friends with you doesn't stop me from making other friends." Su Yue'e said calmly, "I'm going to the canteen to eat; do you want to come?"
"No, you just go by yourself." Shen Ya said angrily, then turned and left.
