Xu Mumu twitched the corner of her mouth, and didn't say much more.
The exam had just been taken, and they estimated that they would have to wait until the New Year to know the results. The waiting period was quite long, so Xu Mumu didn't plan to take on any other work for now.
The next day Yin Yang came to find Xu Mumu, even bringing a roast chicken with him.
Xu Mumu was pleasantly surprised. This guy could actually get a roast chicken, and the aroma was tantalizing her taste buds.
"Try it." Yin Yang handed a piece of chicken leg to Xu Mumu.
"Delicious, you should eat too," Xu Mumu said happily.
The two ate a little, leaving the rest for the children.
Now the kids were all attending school. Although the middle school was a bit far, they were persistent in going back and forth every day.
The two of them walked towards the mountain, Xu Mumu carrying a basket, hoping to find something edible there.
