Cousin Tiana Hayes was still sleeping in Serena Sutton's room. Serena wanted to refuse, but because she was worried Gabe Hughes might cause trouble, she was a bit concerned about Caleb Lockwood and the others.
She couldn't sleep anyway, so naturally, she didn't care if her cousin snored.
Tiana lay on the bed, slightly embarrassed, and said, "I snore when I sleep, it might disturb you. But today, my heart is all over the place, I'm really worried about Gabe's dad."
"I don't know what the doctors will say, whether it can be cured."
Serena couldn't sleep either; she could tell from Tiana's words that her cousin genuinely liked Gabe. She suddenly got a bit curious.
"Cousin, how did you and Gabe get together?" Serena asked quietly.
Tiana seemed lost in memory, with a smile on her lips as if recalling something sweet: "He and I were elementary school classmates, from the same town."
