Caleb Lockwood saw her give him all the rice, and his handsome brows furrowed even tighter.
"You should eat more." She was already this skinny and still ate so little—was she refusing to eat out of anger?
Serena Sutton rubbed her belly. "I really can't eat any more. If I keep eating I'll actually turn into a little fatty."
She did have some self-awareness. She'd eaten a lot of meat, and according to Caleb's words, she'd already taken in more than enough protein and really shouldn't keep eating.
Caleb lowered his eyes, his gaze falling into his own bowl. He let out a silent sigh, said nothing, and simply lowered his head and continued eating.
Serena took out two tangerines and started peeling them.
She peeled the tangerines while watching Caleb eat. Whatever this man did, he had a kind of allure that made it hard to look away. When he finished, she very smoothly handed him a tissue and smiled at him.
