Valentine stared at the bloodline for a few breaths, then picked up the disc, squeezing out a second drop of blood from his fingertips, flicking it into his vertical pupils.
His body trembled slightly, and the pupils of his pale golden vertical eyes expanded a bit the moment the blood drop melted in, with faint dark red patterns spreading like capillaries at the edge of the iris.
He closed his eyes and, when he reopened them, the direction was already imprinted in his eyes, like pulling out an extremely weak yet sufficiently conspicuous line in a chaotic mist.
After a moment, he turned around and glanced at the two guards beside him.
"Let's go, that guy is in this direction." He put away the Blood Attraction Disc and stepped forward, walking towards the depths of the maze indicated by the trajectory.
