Looking over, I saw the little boy from earlier sticking out his tongue and making faces while running around.
He bumped into quite a few people in the process, causing them to frown.
"Whose kid is this? Why isn't anyone watching him?"
"Exactly, it's so dangerous!"

"Baby, come back! Mommy's got the meat grilled for you, come eat..." A woman, upon hearing people talking about her child, stood up and called out unhappily to her son.
The boy paid no attention to his mother.
"What are you doing? Why are you taking my things?"
A man's voice rang out, "Whose kid is this? Is no one watching him!
Letting him run around is one thing, but taking other people's things, what kind of parenting is this?!"
People in the shop looked over and saw a man angry, pointing at the boy who was making faces at him.
The boy's parents finally stopped wolfing down their food, rushed over, and pulled their child back.
Didn't even say "Sorry."
