Once Kylie Kendrick realized this, she immediately picked up the Wishing Wood from the ground and tried desperately to break it with her hands.
But it was too sturdy; no matter how hard she tried, the piece of Wishing Wood didn't budge at all.

Just as Maeve was about to make a move, Kylie Kendrick took two steps back,
"No, no! I..." A crisp sound rang out, and she paused, looking at the Wishing Wood in her hand split in two, almost crying with joy, "Look, Maeve, Maeve, I've broken it."
From the sudden exertion, Kylie Kendrick's palms were red and battered, with bloody scratches exposed.
