It's too late to regret not talking more with Nanduo at the time, it's useless now. The black oil at the bottom of that well is closely connected to the great hall and was worshipped by the Ancient Niloans thousands of years ago, even earlier than their era. Yet Moli could manipulate or summon it. Does this mean she has some connection with the builders of the great hall?
The Ancient Niloans were merely worshipers, but she obviously knew what it was.
During the meeting, I truthfully reported what I saw, including how Moli summoned the black oil and disappeared through a small gap.
I only omitted the part about the Karmic Fire, merely saying that after Moli ran away, the black oil retreated back into the well.
As for why Moli ran, of course it was after a confrontation with me, and she couldn't win.
We only came out with the transparent box, and Lili and the others were injured, so no one mentioned the black oil, and I didn't bring out any samples either.
