Chapter 150 - A New Place

Nestled on the 5th floor of a low-rise, tile-clad building in a quiet residential pocket of Jiyugaoka. The street below is lined with ginkgo trees, and while it is only a 10-minute walk to the station and its boutique sweet shops, the immediate area is silent enough to hear the cicadas in summer and the wind in winter.

"A-Are you going to get me to this place, Hirotaka-sama?" Hina asked shakily as her hand clung to his arm tightly, pressing her breasts against his.

"Yup." Nifuji glanced at Hina, and the deep cleavage that he could see from his height. It was smooth, white, and lewd. Still, he needed to say something, "Stop giving me the -sama suffix."

"...." Hina and Rui.

Yet, their reaction was normal, especially when Nifuji was willing to really spend his money to get "The Sun-Drenched Sanctuary" for Hina.

Those words might seem too much, especially for just a single property, but that was the only description that suited this property, which was a south-facing 2LDK apartment located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in Meguro known for being safe, green, and popular with professionals.

"Should we tour?"

"O-Oh..." 2x

The two could only nod shakily and obediently as Nifuji led them inside the entryway.

Upon entering, the sensor light glows softly, illuminating a pristine floor of pale birch wood. There is a tall, mirrored shoe cabinet that hides away work heels and comfortable sneakers. The air smells faintly of linen and dried flowers.

The door opens into a spacious 14-tatami living area bathed in natural light. Because the apartment faces due South, the room is golden from mid-morning until late afternoon.

Yet, that was only the beginning, as the heart, the LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen), was something that quickly took away the hearts of the Tachibana sisters.

First, the kitchen, which made Rui instantly fall in love with this place. It is an open counter kitchen facing the living room. It features a deep sink, a 3-burner induction stove (perfect for meal prepping bento), and a sleek beige backsplash. A small espresso machine sits ready for early mornings before school or work.

The living area is gorgeous. A plush, oatmeal-colored L-shaped sofa sits on a soft rug. A low wooden coffee table is currently covered in a few red grading pens and a stack of notebooks. The focal point is the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to the balcony.

The balcony is even more so, with enough space for a small table and chair. It is filled with potted herbs and hardy succulents that thrive in direct sunlight. The view overlooks a small neighborhood park, ensuring no high-rises block the view.

"Let's see the bedroom."

Hina pulled Nifuji's arm as she looked at the main bedroom.

"...." Nifuji and Rui.

There are two rooms, the first room, which is the Master Bedroom, is about six tatami in size. Located on the cooler side to ensure sleep. It features a double bed with fluffy white duvets and a massive walk-in closet (WIC), which Hina could imagine neatly organizing a wardrobe of sensible teaching blouses and weekend casual wear. Blackout curtains have also been installed for the rare days she can sleep in, but she usually leaves them open to wake up with the sun.

As for the second room, it is still empty, but if Rui didn't stay, Nifuji could imagine it becoming a study room.

Yet, without a doubt, the best ultimate features of this place are the safety and comfort.

The building has an auto-lock entrance, security cameras in the lobby, and a video-monitor intercom system, providing absolute peace of mind for a single woman living alone. It also has floor heating (Yukadan), essential for Tokyo winters, as the living room floor warms, allowing her to walk around in socks comfortably. Moreover, it has a separate bath and toilet. The bathroom also has a "reheating" function and a built-in clothes dryer fan, making laundry easy even during the rainy season.

Yes, Hina had no problem with this, or rather, she loved this place so much!

However, there is one huge problem.

"H-How much is it?" Hina asked worriedly.

"102 million yen."

"....." Hina and Rui.

"Don't worry, it's cheap."

"...." Hina and Rui.

Yes, Nifuji felt that it was cheap, especially when it had a combination of "safe," "south-facing," "floor heating," and "auto-lock." Moreover, it has modern insulation, floor heating is standard, and newer earthquake resistance standards.

Naturally, because of that, the price is premium.

If there is something that he didn't like, it was a little too small, as it was just about 55 square meters.

Still, even with such a huge cost, he didn't hesitate and bought this place for Hina directly.

In the end, the cost of this place was about 100 million yen!

If he bought it, then he would get a return of one billion yen!

Also, by buying this place, he would be able to get three rewards from Hina, as he had spent 100 million yen on her!

The requirement for him to get a reward from the system was to spend one million yen, ten million yen, one hundred million yen, and more!

The more he spent money on them, the more money he got, and the more rewards he gained!

So, why should he hesitate?

After all, the wealthier he was, the easier his life would be, and the rewards, they thought, might help him grow stronger. Yet for him to buy this place for Hina, it quickly changed how the Tachibana sisters saw him.

Hina was easy, as her eyes were melting, clearly thinking of using her most dangerous, lethal assets, which were her breasts,s to serve him to make him the happiest man on earth!

No, she had already thought of coloring this place with his color, giving her everything to him!

Even thinking of getting pregnant, too, since for him to be able to spend such an amount of money, even if they had children, Hina knew that she and her child would be okay even if they didn't marry.

On the other hand, Rui didn't say anything, nor because she wasn't impressed, thinking that money wasn't something that could be used to measure one's love for others. No, she could tell that she could entrust Hina to Nifuji, just because he dared to spend this money.

After all, her family origin, the reason why her parents divorced was her real father's bankruptcy, and as he was afraid to involve his family, he decided to divorce from the family, leaving her, Hina, and her mother alone, and faced the debt by himself.

So, if Nifuji was well-off, there was no need to worry about such a problem, right?

Yet, as Rui kept staring at him, Nifuji was in a daze by the reward that he had gained.
