"What details?"
Astrid Giles asked disdainfully.
"Secretary Quincy told me that Farrell Lowell's location was provided to him by Jasmine Summers from the Discipline Inspection Commission. I admit that during the election of the Top Ten Cadres, Jasmine Summers definitely harbored resentment due to the outcome, but it wasn't enough to push her to get rid of me. If she did do so, it was either under someone's orders or in exchange for greater benefits."
"So, I looked into Jasmine Summers' career records. Of course, her records don't overlap with yours, but her father's do. Her father, Loren Summers, once served as Deputy Secretary of The County Committee in Mountridge County. Before his retirement, he worked alongside you."
Dirk Carter finished speaking.
Astrid Giles sneered and said, "Secretary General Carter, your reasoning is wishful thinking. Everyone in the Municipal Government of Silverwood City knows that Loren Summers worked with me. Your justification is too far-fetched."
