Bennetson Dixon isn't a fool.
Initially, he was indeed a bit scared, but during the transfer to the police station, he sobered up.
If he keeps his mouth shut now and says nothing, surely someone outside will come to save him, or at least ensure he won't suffer too much.
But if he betrays the people above him.
The outcome would be completely different.
Imprisonment would be inevitable, and by then, no one would protect him.
So he was resolute, no matter what Dirk Carter asked or what kind of "torture" he was to endure next, he would remain silent, saying nothing.
"So, you're saying you're not prepared to say anything at all?"
Dirk Carter asked.
Bennetson Dixon sneered, saying, "You're a Minister of Organization, acting like the Commission for Discipline Inspection, I'd talk if they interrogate me, but here with you, I won't say a word."
After saying this,
Bennetson Dixon dropped his head, prepared to remain silent.
He indeed had some brains.
