The journey aboard Ringo's ship continued, its speed wasn't slow. The ship was small, but it was one of the ships Ames used for 'leisurely outings', so the speed was still acceptable, although slightly slower than the current Trihexa.
Inside the training room, Ringo continued his training, still trying to understand the interaction of Chi with the MCs. Unfortunately for Ringo, it was much more complicated this time, he was used to being able to read genes with the palm of his hand, but now he couldn't do any of that.
Ringo stopped trying to understand what was happening and instead continued to continuously recharge the MCs with Chi.
What he discovered was that these guys had become bottomless pits, literally, no matter how much energy Ringo threw at them, they just kept swallowing it, very different from the effect of spiritual energy, which made them stop when 'full'.
The aura emanating from the MCs was constantly growing, but compared to the energy Ringo was displaying, it seemed a little bland.
However, it wasn't a bad situation, it just meant that if the improvement wasn't focused on quantity, it was focused on quality.
Ringo already had a clue, a vision of the future was enough for him to understand parts of what MCs would become: Primal Energy Body.
Although the future he envisioned was clouded, so much so that he could hardly tell if what he saw was real, this was the only form of life he could associate with the MCs.
Within the Treaty of Restricting Super High-Risk Esper Abilities, not all abilities derived from self-awakening. There existed a rare and unique super high-risk Esper ability known as the 'Primal Energy Body,' which could exist as a life form in the form of an energy field. It possessed self-awareness and was an ancient existence that permeated the universe.
Before the BGAs, these 'guys' were basically the most powerful life forms, a Grade A Super wielding a Primal Energy Body was far more powerful than a regular Super, however, in most cases, it was limited to Espers, because these guys need to achieve the perfect symbiosis effect, the energy must be extremely compatible.
Finding a suitable host is very difficult, and for these life forms that have lived for so long, time has long ceased to be relevant. They only find hosts, in most cases, to distract themselves and have something fun for a while, until the host dies and they go back to sleep and look for a new host.
In any case, the MCs were always strange, clearly pure energy, but exhibiting a kind of spiritual field, now swallowing vital energy as if it were candy, Ringo felt that if this wasn't the birth of a Primal Energy Body, he didn't know what was.
Of course, the birth of these creatures is so ancient that it's practically a mystery. How long ago did the last one appear? Hundreds of thousands of years? Millions of years? Who knows.
Since the circumstances of birth are a mystery, it was very difficult to say whether what he assumed was accurate.
However, even a very low possibility... what if it were true?
Each Primal Energy Body had different abilities and attributes, and even with its evolutionary power, who would have thought he would actually find a Primal Energy Body that was compatible with him?
Although these guys were weak against a BGA, their combined power with a BGA was practically 1+1>2.
Could he mold the MCs into an energetic life form compatible with him?
Furthermore, there were more MCs, could he manufacture Primal Energy Body in batches?
What was the condition for its emergence?
Who knows, now Ringo was trying everything randomly, if he figured it out, great, if not, just leave it aside, for now, he would continue to feed the MCs, he could feel his precognition pointing again, this action was correct.
Ringo didn't quite understand how precognition worked at deep levels.
Was it merely a way of communicating information? Did it involve the attribute of luck? He couldn't say, yet that feeling never failed him, thank you Destiny Child.
Outside, the clone controlling the ship had reached the first control point. Ringo's ship was small, and he registered him as a passenger. Reason for the trip? Tourism, in addition to being a subordinate of a BGA. In the end, he managed to get a good discount, but even so, he still paid 10,000 Enas.
For an average galactic citizen, using these gates was incredibly expensive, some received only a hundred Enas per month, while those with higher salaries received several thousand. Even so, simply passing through a gate cost the equivalent of several months' salary.
Ringo had to get past dozens of them.
In the end, traveling to another galaxy was incredibly expensive, and for most, a trip with a travel company, although it might cost tens of thousands if you wanted to go to the central galaxy, was still cheaper than going through the gates.
The downside was the time involved, spending years traveling, even with cryogenics technology, was still very dangerous. You would go to sleep without knowing if you would wake up again, perhaps attacked by a group of pirates along the way.
There was a mechanical planet not far from the gate, these types of planets, made of pure machinery, were quite expensive, but they were very useful, making the economy turn quickly as a transit point, and many good things could be bought there.
Since the shattered Star Ring was Federation of Light territory, it was clear who owned that gate and that planet.
Ringo didn't get off, he was in a hurry, not really out as a tourist.
He didn't even need to leave the ship, after the nightmare clone contacted base and paid the ransom, he was immediately released.
