"Green Goblin?"
When Alaric saw that it was Green Goblin causing chaos, he froze for a moment.
He remembered that he hadn't had any contact with Green Goblin at all, so why did he come to blow up his house?
"Jie-ha-ha-ha! So you're some kind of pretty boy, no wonder Spider-Woman comes to visit you!!"
"If you die, that little spider-girl will be really sad!"
When Green Goblin saw Alaric, he immediately assumed he had caught someone close to Gwen and considered him her boyfriend.
"Gwen? So you came here because of Gwen, but you really don't know who I am?"
From Green Goblin's words, Alaric quickly figured out what was going on.
He remembered Gwen telling him that she had been trying to catch Green Goblin lately, so it wasn't surprising that Green Goblin harbored hatred toward him.
And Green Goblin isn't a superhero, so of course he doesn't have any moral restraint in his actions.
Kidnapping, threats, murder, all of that is completely normal for him.
But what surprised Alaric was that Green Goblin apparently didn't recognize him at all?
Even though Alaric's face rarely appears on the internet or in the news, it had appeared.
Especially when he fought Hatred, that was broadcast live on the news.
So based on Green Goblin not recognizing him, Alaric assumed that Norman's negative personality had started taking over and that he had gone insane.
"Know you? Aren't you that little Spider-Woman's boyfriend?"
Green Goblin was momentarily confused, then casually responded.
Since Alaric was currently in pajamas and the lighting around them was dim, Green Goblin really didn't recognize who he was.
"Well then…" Alaric was speechless.
"Jie-ha-ha-ha! Come with me nicely! With you, I can finally finish off that damned little spider!"
Green Goblin was grinding his teeth with hatred toward Gwen.
He lowered his glider and slowly approached Alaric. Just when he was about to grab him, a furious roar suddenly came from behind Alaric!
"Die!"
Clea moved with incredible speed; her long silver hair left a shimmering trail behind her, making her look like a beam of light. She dashed past Alaric and with one punch, hit Green Goblin, who hadn't even had time to react and sent him flying!
The blow was so strong it broke through the entire wall of the sanctuary and slammed Green Goblin straight into the wall of the building across the street.
"Pfff!"
Green Goblin couldn't hold back the blood and spat out a mouthful of it, his internal organs aching terribly!
If the serum that had strengthened his body wasn't so powerful, Clea's punch would have most likely killed him on the spot!
Green Goblin jerked his head up, flew into the sky, and threw several bombs at the hole in the wall he had just created.
Clea's sudden appearance even momentarily stunned Alaric; he couldn't understand why Clea's temperament had suddenly become so fierce.
"What are you…" Alaric said in confusion.
"Leave him to me! He dared ruin my perfect plans? Oh please, you've signed your own death warrant!!"
Clea replied quickly and, using magical energy, rushed outside ahead of the bombs!
The explosion of several bombs did absolutely nothing to her.
Since her body was reinforced with magical energy, Clea's physical condition was sturdy enough to withstand ordinary bombs and even missiles without a problem!
That's why her coming out of the explosion completely unscathed deeply shocked Green Goblin.
This is a tough and dangerous opponent, Green Goblin assessed inwardly.
But the good thing, as far as he was concerned, was that no matter how high the opponent could jump, she still couldn't fly.
Green Goblin arrogantly moved back and forth through the air, dodging Clea's attacks, even using bombs to create chaos and provoking her with words.
That drove Clea to the point where all the blood rushed to her head from rage! A pure desire to kill Green Goblin was born within her!
Alaric, seeing that Clea was at a disadvantage, reached out and gently tapped her shoulder. The levitating cloak immediately appeared and flew outside.
Alaric couldn't allow Green Goblin to bully Clea.
Originally, he had planned to crush him himself, but when he saw that Clea had already launched into attack, he thought it would be better for Green Goblin to be her first serious opponent, a perfect sparring partner.
Just then, Clea missed her target again and landed back on the ground. She was both angry and embarrassed because Green Goblin was still floating above her, and inwardly she was screaming from the desire to fly herself!
Where's her chance now to laugh in the face of that damned monster!?
At that moment, just when Clea was about to dash again, the flying cloak soared toward her and landed on her shoulders.
"Huh? Alaric?"
Clea looked surprised toward Alaric, who was watching the whole scene from the opening on the second floor of the sanctuary like a spectator.
Clea was overjoyed that Alaric had actually lent her his magical cloak, now there was no way she could lose!
"Alaric, now you're finished!"
From Green Goblin's perspective, no matter how high someone jumps, if they can't properly maneuver in the air, they're just a living target for a good opponent.
As for the bombs, he had thrown them countless times. If they were worth anything, he would have won already.
Clea clenched her fists and glared at Green Goblin with anger.
Clea's previous frustration suddenly vanished, replaced by immense confidence.
On the other hand, Green Goblin, after throwing a bomb, was already preparing a new batch of mockery for Clea.
In his eyes, the red cloak fluttering in the wind was especially eye-catching.
At the moment Clea, jumped, she roared with fury, pushed off the ground powerfully, and shot like a rocket straight toward Green Goblin, who was still smugly laughing in the air.
"You can fly, huh?" Clea said in an icy voice.
"I'll show you how it's really done!"
"Uh… maybe we can talk about this??"
Green Goblin easily dodged the first charge and threw a few more bombs.
However, what he didn't expect this time was that from the bomb smoke burst a white, delicate fist that smashed into his face with full force before he could even react.
This punch didn't just shatter his mask, it completely twisted his face with shock and pain.
"Now try flying again!"
Clea furiously stepped forward and, unleashing all her strength, smashed down on him with a powerful blow.
Without the support of his glider, Green Goblin immediately lost his advantage and was no longer any match for Clea.
Green Goblin was struck down and crashed to the ground, leaving behind a massive crater.
Clea landed in front of him and stomped on the glider that had fallen nearby, crushing it in half.
If in every previous encounter he hadn't taken advantage of Spider-Woman's weaknesses, her concern for civilians, by throwing bombs into crowds, forcing her to save people and then quickly retreating, he would have been captured long ago.
That's also the main reason why Green Goblin hates Spider-Woman so much, because even though she can't fly, she can easily swing between buildings with her webs!
That's why Norman was deeply confused: how could this opponent, who clearly doesn't fly, still manage to stay in the air and land such precise hits?
Then, watching Clea slowly descend from the sky, Norman felt like he was seeing a ghost.
"You can fly!?" Green Goblin screamed in horror.
"Now, let's see you fly again!"
"Norman: "No!!"
