The central courtyard of Seven Treasure City had been entirely reduced to a pulverized wasteland of shattered marble and violently uprooted earth. The oppressive, sovereign pressure that had descended upon the battlefield fundamentally altered the flow of the war. The arrival of Zhang Tian and his companions had severed the previous engagements, drawing the apex combatants into distinct, highly isolated spheres of absolute destruction. The air was thick with the scent of ozone, scorched stone, and the coppery tang of spilled blood. There was no room for meaningless banter or thoughtless taunts; the warriors standing amidst the ruins were all seasoned veterans or unparalleled geniuses, and their minds were entirely consumed by the cold, calculating analysis of survival and slaughter.
On the eastern flank of the ruined courtyard, the sky was bathed in a blinding, resplendent gold.
Qian Renxue hovered in the air, her six radiant wings of solid gold spreading wide to cast a divine, purifying light over the shattered earth. She had fully unleashed her Seraphim Spirit Avatar, her flawless figure encased within a colossal, ethereal golden phantom of an angelic sovereign. The holy light cascading from her form was not merely illuminating; it carried the terrifying, incinerating weight of her Ultimate Fire and Ultimate Holy attributes.
Facing her were the six remaining Titled Douluo elders of the Clear Sky Sect. They had hastily formed a circular defensive array, their massive, dark Clear Sky Hammers raised to project a unified, dome-like barrier of deep blue spirit power. The elders were panting heavily, their faces grim as they stared up at the angelic monstrosity.
'Her spirit power density is unfathomable,' the Second Elder analyzed internally, his grip tightening on the haft of his hammer. 'The innate suppression of her Angelic Domain is actively dissolving our spirit power before we can even condense it into a strike. We cannot match her in a battle of pure elemental output. We must rely on the external abilities we harvested from the ocean.'
"Formation shift!" the Second Elder roared. "Utilize the Sea Spirit Bones abilities together!"
The elders moved with flawless, decades-old synchronization. The Fifth Elder and the Seventh Elder—who was still bleeding sluggishly from his previously shattered sternum—stepped forward. Their chests glowed with a deep, abyssal blue radiance. During their frantic preparations in the Star Luo Empire, the imperial family had heavily subsidized their strength with high-tier spirit bones harvested from the slaughter of sea spirit beasts.
The Fifth Elder activated a fifty-thousand-year-old torso bone derived from a Deep Sea Abyssal Whale. "Abyssal Crushing Torrent!"
A massive, roaring geyser of highly pressurized, dark blue water erupted from his chest, spiraling upward like an angry aquatic dragon. Simultaneously, the Seventh Elder activated a leg bone from a Glacial Sea Serpent, sending a wave of absolute freezing energy into the torrent, instantly transforming the massive geyser into a swirling vortex of jagged, indestructible ice shards aimed directly at Qian Renxue's golden phantom.
'Water and ice derived from sea spirit beasts,' Qian Renxue observed calmly from within her avatar, her golden eyes devoid of any worldly empathy. 'A logical countermeasure against ordinary flames. They intend to drown the holy fire and pierce my defenses with extreme cold.'
She raised her right hand, her expression remaining entirely serene. 'However, they fail to comprehend the conceptual disparity between mundane elements and the absolute purity of the angelic lineage.'
"Fifth Spirit Ring Ability: Holy Sword," Qian Renxue chanted softly.
Her fifth black spirit ring, lined with a brilliant golden edge, pulsed. A massive, gleaming longsword composed entirely of condensed, liquid golden flames materialized in her hand. The sheer, terrifying heat radiating from the blade caused the very air to warp and distort, creating a vacuum of scorching pressure.
She did not swing the sword immediately. Instead, her eighth spirit ring flared to life.
"Eighth Spirit Ring Ability: Army Break," she commanded.
The single Holy Sword in her hand resonated with a deafening, chiming sound. In an instant, the massive blade fractured into thousands of distinct, perfectly formed Light Element duplicates. The sky above the elders was completely blotted out by a sprawling, inverted ocean of flaming, golden swords.
With a subtle downward flick of her wrist, Qian Renxue directed the torrential rain of holy blades.
The thousands of flaming swords crashed into the rising vortex of abyssal water and jagged ice. There was no dramatic struggle or prolonged elemental clash. The moment the water and ice made contact with the Ultimate Fire and Ultimate Holy attributes, they were instantaneously, violently vaporized. The abyssal torrent didn't even have the chance to turn into steam; it was simply eradicated from existence, leaving absolutely nothing behind to hinder the descending swords.
'Impossible!' the Fifth Elder thought in sheer horror, watching their supreme defensive countermeasure vanish into thin air. 'The density of her fire completely ignores elemental suppression!'
"Defend!" the Second Elder screamed, pouring every ounce of his spirit power into his Clear Sky Hammer to expand the blue dome.
But it was entirely futile. The rain of holy swords slammed into the deep blue barrier. The first few hundred swords cracked the dome; the next thousand shattered it entirely.
Qian Renxue's golden eyes locked onto the Seventh Elder, who was already staggering from his previous injuries. She descended slightly, her main Holy Sword raised high.
"First Spirit Ring Ability: Angel Attack," she murmured.
She concentrated a massive, terrifying volume of holy spirit power into the blade, compressing it until the golden flames turned a blinding, pure white. She swung the sword in a downward, crescent arc. The explosive power of the strike cleaved through the remaining, chaotic spirit power in the air, bypassing the Seventh Elder's frantic, last-ditch hammer block.
The holy blade cleanly sliced through the Seventh Elder's hammer, melting the dark metal into slag, before continuing its path downward. The white-hot energy struck his chest, and in a fraction of a second, the elder's body was entirely engulfed in a pillar of purifying light. There was no scream, no blood. When the light faded, the Seventh Elder had been completely reduced to drifting, golden ash.
The Fifth Elder, standing only a few paces away, was caught in the terrifying backdraft of the explosive holy power. Before he could even summon his spirit avatar to defend himself, three descending duplicates of the Holy Sword pierced through his shoulders and abdomen, pinning him to the scorched earth and igniting his meridians from the inside out. He perished moments later, his eyes wide with uncomprehending terror.
'Two removed. Four remain,' Qian Renxue analyzed clinically, her six wings beating slowly as she prepared to deliver the final judgment upon the trembling remnants of the Clear Sky Sect's vanguard.
A few miles away from the holy inferno, a far darker, infinitely more primal confrontation was unfolding.
Tang San utilized the profound, explosive footwork of the Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track, moving as a blur of residual shadows across the shattered battlefield. He was actively retreating, desperately trying to maintain a safe, calculated range from the lithe, incredibly voluptuous figure pursuing him.
Zhu Zhuqing walked forward at a measured, unhurried pace. She did not sprint, nor did she adopt a frantic combat stance. Her hands hung loosely at her sides, her massive breasts swaying slightly with her graceful, feline strides. Yet, despite her seemingly casual approach, the oppressive, suffocating pressure radiating from her form felt heavier than a collapsing mountain.
'Her physical presence is terrifying,' Tang San thought rapidly, his deep purple eyes scanning her form for any opening. 'She hasn't even summoned her martial spirit avatar, nor has she illuminated a single spirit ring. Yet the ambient energy around her is violently warping the space she occupies.'
Determined to seize the initiative and control the rhythm of the battle, Tang San halted his retreat. He pushed his spirit power into his primary martial spirit. The sickly, pale violet vines of his Deathly Spirit Grass erupted from the earth around him, instantly releasing a thick, rolling cloud of deeply corrosive, necrotic miasma.
He fully unleashed his Deathly Poison Domain. The pale violet fog surged forward like a tidal wave, seeking to engulf Zhu Zhuqing. The domain was designed to passively inject a highly lethal, death-infused poison directly into the pores and meridians of anyone caught within its radius, rotting their spirit power foundation from the inside out.
The toxic fog washed over Zhu Zhuqing, entirely enveloping her voluptuous figure.
Tang San watched intently, waiting for the inevitable slowing of her movements, waiting for the grey pallor of decay to creep across her flawless, milky skin.
Instead, a cold, derisive scoff echoed from within the mist.
Zhu Zhuqing emerged from the corrosive fog entirely unblemished. Her skin retained its pristine, radiant glow. The highly lethal, necrotic poison simply failed to penetrate her bodily defenses. Due to the inherent, supreme quality of her god-tier Dark Demon Evil God Tiger spirit, her body was completely, entirely immune to any and all forms of poison or external decay.
'The poison is useless,' Tang San realized, a cold sweat breaking out on his brow. 'Her physical constitution rejects the death attribute. The domain is having absolutely zero effect on her spirit power reserves.'
"If you believe such cheap, foul tricks are enough to stand before me, you are sorely mistaken," Zhu Zhuqing stated, her feline eyes narrowing with dark amusement.
She did not summon a spirit ring. Instead, she tapped into the profound, inherent abilities of her supreme martial spirit. She possessed absolute control over eight terrifying attributes: Flame, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Evil, Darkness, Time, and Space. While she was still unraveling the esoteric mysteries of Time and Space, her absolute dominion over the other six was unparalleled.
Zhu Zhuqing unleashed her Evil God Domain.
The transformation of the battlefield was instantaneous and horrifying. The ambient light was violently swallowed by a sprawling, oppressive sphere of absolute darkness. The air temperature plummeted, and a deeply malicious, terrifying aura saturated the environment. The Evil God Domain didn't just suppress physical attributes; it actively assaulted the mind, breeding paralyzing terror and seeking to completely dominate any opposing worldly laws within its radius.
Tang San felt the pale violet mist of his Deathly Poison Domain groan and buckle under the overwhelming, crushing weight of the absolute darkness. His domain was being effortlessly, systematically compressed, the necrotic energy scattering like fragile glass before a hammer.
'Her domain is on a completely different conceptual tier,' Tang San analyzed, gritting his teeth against the mental assault. 'The Evil attribute within her domain is devouring the Death attribute of my grass. If I allow my domain to collapse, her suppression will halve my combat strength instantly.'
With no other option, Tang San drew upon the darkest legacy of his past. He reached deep into his spiritual sea and violently unleashed the Death God Domain he had acquired by surviving the Hell Road of the Slaughter City.
A thick, palpable white mist erupted from his pores, carrying a dense, hyper-concentrated aura of pure, unadulterated killing intent. He aggressively overlaid the Death God Domain onto the crumbling remnants of his Deathly Poison Domain. The fusion of pure killing intent and necrotic decay managed to create a stubborn, highly volatile boundary line. The combined white and violet mist pushed back against the encroaching, absolute blackness of the Evil God Domain.
It was a desperate, exhausting stalemate. Tang San was forced to continuously expend massive amounts of his foundational spirit power just to keep Zhu Zhuqing's domain contained at a twenty-meter radius. He could not overpower it at all; he was merely surviving the environmental suppression.
Zhu Zhuqing didn't seem to care much about the domain struggle. She treated his desperate exertion with a calm, mocking indifference.
'I cannot win a battle of pure spirit power attrition,' Tang San concluded, his mind operating at a frantic, terrifying pace. 'I must employ lethal, unconventional strikes. I need to restrict her movements and deliver a fatal blow.'
"Seventh Spirit Ring Ability: Deathly Spirit Grass Avatar!" Tang San chanted, his deep black seventh ring illuminating the gloom.
His physical body merged seamlessly with the toxic vines. Dozens of massive, pale violet tentacles, each as thick as a mature tree trunk, erupted from the shattered earth. They did not attack directly; instead, they rapidly intertwined, forming a massive, heavily reinforced dome of writhing vines intended to completely constrain Zhu Zhuqing and severely limit her evasive maneuverability.
With her trapped within the botanical cage, Tang San swiftly reached into the hidden compartments of his tattered robes. He pulled out the crowning achievements of his past few years of obsessive, meticulous craftsmanship, forged using the vast, unparalleled metallurgical resources of the Star Luo Imperial Family.
He initiated the profound, internal energy circulation of the Tang Sect's supreme inner skill. His hands blurred, executing the flawless, intricate techniques of the Controlling Crane Catching Dragon method.
He unleashed the devastating cluster weapon: One Thousand and One Nights.
With a rapid, snapping motion of his wrists, he hurled the weapon. It detonated in mid-air, instantly filling the confined space of the vine cage with a sprawling, inescapable cloud of thousands of tiny, highly toxic, armor-piercing needles and darts. The sheer volume of the attack ensured that dodging was a mathematical impossibility.
Following closely in the shadow of the metallic cloud, Tang San launched his most lethal, single-target creation. He threw Yama's Invitation. The pitch-black, highly condensed dart moved with absolutely no sound and no reflection, carrying a lethal, customized poison that was designed to completely ignore spiritual barriers and rot the blood upon a mere scratch.
Zhu Zhuqing stood calmly in the center of the vine cage. She watched the massive, deadly cloud of hidden weapons accelerating toward her. She snorted, a soft, dismissive sound.
She didn't try to rely on her bodily immunity to endure the physical piercing force, nor did she attempt to frantically dodge the inescapable cluster. Instead, she raised her right hand, her palm facing the incoming storm.
She still did not illuminate a single spirit ring.
Instead, she channeled the profound, self-created spirit skill that Zhang Tian had painstakingly, intimately taught her during their countless sparring sessions in the north. She drew upon the inherent, terrifying elemental attributes of the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger.
Deep, swirling currents of black Wind gathered in her palm. Searing, dark purple Flame mixed with crackling, blood-red Lightning. The absolute, freezing chill of Ice merged with the heavy, suffocating weight of the Evil and Darkness attributes. She seamlessly, flawlessly compressed these six violently opposing elements into a perfectly stable, rapidly rotating sphere of highly condensed destruction.
It was the Spiral Sphere.
With a slight push of her spirit power, the sphere expanded exponentially, transforming into a Massive Spiral Sphere that hummed with a terrifying, high-frequency screech, warping the air around it due to the sheer, concentrated density of the fused elements.
She thrust her hand forward, unleashing the Massive Spiral Sphere directly into the incoming storm of hidden weapons.
The collision was not a battle; it was an absolute eradication.
The Massive Spiral Sphere acted as an unstoppable vortex of elemental annihilation. The moment the thousands of needles and darts comprising the One Thousand and One Nights made contact with the rotating sphere, they were instantaneously ground into fine metallic dust by the wind and lightning, before being entirely incinerated into nothingness by the dark flames.
The lethal, silent dart of Yama's Invitation managed to pierce the outer layer of the wind barrier due to its incredible density, but it was immediately caught in the crushing, opposing rotations of the inner elemental core. The prized hidden weapon snapped in half, its lethal toxins burned away, before it too was ground into dust.
The Massive Spiral Sphere did not stop. It tore straight through the cloud of destroyed weapons and slammed violently into the massive, pale violet vines of Tang San's Deathly Spirit Grass Avatar.
The thick, reinforced vines were shredded and burned simultaneously. The sphere breached the cage, detonating with a catastrophic, multi-elemental explosion that sent a shockwave of dark fire, freezing wind, and crackling lightning tearing across the battlefield.
Tang San's eyes widened in sheer, unadulterated horror as his ultimate attacks were dismantled with casual ease. He forcefully disengaged his Avatar to avoid the agonizing feedback of the burning vines, utilizing the agility of the Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track to frantically dodge backward.
Despite his incredible speed, the edge of the explosion clipped him. The blast of dark lightning and freezing wind struck his right shoulder. Tang San was thrown backward, tumbling roughly across the debris. He coughed up a mouthful of blood, the elemental clash searing his flesh and numbing his arm.
'She completely eradicated the One Thousand and One Nights and Yama's Invitation without using a single spirit ring!' Tang San thought, his mind reeling as he scrambled back to his feet. 'That rotating sphere... it contained at least six different, highly compressed elements! How is she maintaining such perfect, stable control over violently opposing forces without the guiding framework of a spirit ring ability?'
He wiped the blood from his chin, his purple eyes locking onto Zhu Zhuqing as she stepped casually out of the burning remnants of the vine cage.
'And her anticipation,' Tang San analyzed, a cold dread settling in his stomach. 'She didn't react to the weapons; she reacted to my body. She read the subtle, initial muscle twitches of the Controlling Crane Catching Dragon technique. She knew exactly what angle and trajectory I was aiming for before the weapons even left my hands.'
He didn't know the bitter truth: Zhu Zhuqing had been meticulously, extensively taught the underlying mechanics and physical tells of these exact Tang Sect techniques by Zhang Tian himself. To her, Tang San's movements were as legible and predictable as an open book.
Zhu Zhuqing flexed her fingers, the residual dark lightning crackling around her nails.
"Your hidden toys are quite fragile, Tang San," Zhu Zhuqing mocked casually, her voice carrying easily over the roar of the surrounding battles. "Are you going to continue throwing metal scraps at me, or are you going to fight like a Spirit Master?"
Tang San gritted his teeth, his pride stinging violently. He knew he could not hold anything back. He rapidly cycled his spirit power, preparing to unleash the full, terrifying arsenal of his Deathly Spirit Grass.
"Third Spirit Ring Ability: Miasma Pulse Root! Fourth Spirit Ring Ability: Purple Silk Bind!" Tang San roared, his rings flashing rapidly.
Thick, pulsating roots exploded from the soil beneath Zhu Zhuqing, releasing a highly concentrated, dense cloud of paralytic neurotoxins intended to numb her muscles. Simultaneously, hundreds of deep purple silk strands shot through the air, attempting to phase through her physical defenses to directly invade and bind her meridians.
Zhu Zhuqing merely smiled. She was actually treating Tang San as nothing more than a live practice opponent, utilizing his desperate attacks to test the fluid integration of her inherent tiger abilities with her self-created skills.
She blurred into motion, her speed defying mortal comprehension. She didn't bother dodging the miasma; she simply inhaled the toxic cloud, allowing her Evil God constitution to effortlessly neutralize it. As the purple silk strands closed in, she raised her hand, her claws extending into razor-sharp, dark blades.
She utilized the inherent, spatial-rending physical attacks of the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger. With a few swift, elegant slashes, she carved through the incoming silk strands, cutting them down before they could touch her skin.
She dashed forward, closing the distance to Tang San in a fraction of a second.
Tang San panicked, raising his arms. "Eighth Spirit Ring Ability: Necrotic Spear Phalanx!"
Dozens of bone-white, heavily armored spears erupted from his vines, shooting directly at her at point-blank range.
Zhu Zhuqing did not halt her advance. She generated another, highly compressed Spiral Sphere in her left hand, utilizing the Wind and Ice attributes to create a rapidly spinning, freezing shield that deflected the incoming spears, shattering them into harmless, frozen fragments.
She arrived directly in front of him, her dark, feline eyes staring coldly into his purple ones.
She delivered a brutal, inherently empowered physical strike. Her palm, wreathed in dark lightning and the heavy, crushing force of the Evil attribute, slammed directly into Tang San's chest.
CRACK!
The sound of fracturing ribs echoed sharply. Tang San was launched backward like a cannonball, skipping across the pulverized stone before crashing heavily into the remnants of a shattered wall. He gasped for air, his vision swimming, the dark lightning violently disrupting his spirit power flow.
He was entirely, utterly suppressed. Most importantly, and most humiliatingly, Zhu Zhuqing hadn't even bothered to use her Martial Spirit Avatar at all. She was systematically dismantling and overpowering him while relying solely on her inherent attributes and self-created techniques, pushing back a desperate opponent who was utilizing every tool, domain, and spirit ring at his disposal.
While the younger generation engaged in their deadly, calculated dance, a battle of epic, highly emotional proportions was tearing the earth apart on the western flank.
Tang Hao was fighting with the frantic, entirely desperate intensity of a man who had absolutely nothing left to lose. He had fully unleashed his Martial Spirit Avatar once again, merging with the colossal, dark red phantom of the Clear Sky Hammer. He was pouring every ounce of his Level 97 spirit power into his strikes, attempting to break through the impenetrable defense of the woman he once called his wife.
"Ah Yin! Stop this madness!" Tang Hao roared, his voice thick with profound grief and physical agony.
He swung the massive, blood-red hammer in a wide, sweeping arc, utilizing the devastating momentum of the Clear Sky Nine Absolutes. "Ninth Spirit Ring Ability: Clear Sky Fury!"
The sheer, apocalyptic striking force of the hundred-thousand-year ring bore down upon Ah Yin, carrying the weight to level a mountain range.
Ah Yin stood her ground, her beautiful, mature face set into a mask of cold, unyielding resolve. She manifested her Blood Silver Empress spirit, though she seamlessly integrated the lethal, piercing intent of her evolved Blood Silver Overlord Spear into the manipulation of her vines.
She did not summon her spirit rings. Instead, she utilized the profound, versatile control Zhang Tian had taught her. She possessed an absolute, flawless mastery over the Flame, Ice, Earth, and Wind elemental attributes, seamlessly woven into the dense, physical structure of her plant spirit. While she did not possess the ultimate Life Energy attribute of her Lord, her sheer elemental versatility was staggering.
She raised her hands, her crimson eyes tracking the descending, blood-red hammer.
She utilized the inherent, terrifying duality of her Martial Spirit. At her thought, the massive, sprawling network of crimson and silver vines surrounding her shifted states instantly.
She commanded the vines to turn incredibly hard, infusing them heavily with the dense, unyielding Earth and Ice attributes. Dozens of thick vines twisted together, forming a massive, towering pillar of diamond-hard, frozen wood directly in the path of the hammer.
BOOM!
The Clear Sky Fury struck the pillar. The immense physical impact shattered the outer layers of ice and splintered the wood, but the pillar held long enough to completely absorb and negate the devastating momentum of the ninth ring ability.
Before Tang Hao could retract the hammer for a second swing, Ah Yin shifted the state of the vines again. The shattered, rigid wood instantly became incredibly soft, flexible, and lightning-fast. The vines whipped forward like crimson serpents, wrapping tightly around the massive haft of the Clear Sky Hammer and violently binding Tang Hao's thick wrists, restricting his movement.
"You cling to a past that never truly existed, Tang Hao," Ah Yin stated coldly, her voice carrying over the ringing echoes of the clash. "You claimed to love me, yet you kept me trapped in that cave to ensure I couldn't recover. Your actions betray your selfish desperation."
"It…It wasn't to harm you!" Tang Hao bellowed, struggling fiercely against the binding vines, the muscles in his arms bulging as he tried to tear the flexible plants apart.
Ah Yin did not engage in further debate. She intended to suppress him entirely.
Drawing upon the self-created spirit skill Zhang Tian had diligently taught her, Ah Yin raised her free hand. She rapidly gathered the ambient energies, charging massive amounts of the Flame, Wind, and Earth attributes. She flawlessly compressed the violently opposing elements into a highly stable, rapidly spinning sphere.
She did not stop at one. Demonstrating her profound, terrifying multi-tasking capabilities as a Level 97 Super Douluo, Ah Yin rapidly generated four distinct, massive Spiral Spheres, floating them around her voluptuous figure like a halo of elemental stars.
"Face the reality of my new life," Ah Yin declared.
With a sweeping gesture, she unleashed the massive barrage of multiple Spiral Spheres directly at the bound Tang Hao.
Tang Hao's eyes widened in sheer panic. He recognized the terrifying, concentrated destructive power contained within those spinning orbs. He knew that taking them directly while bound would result in catastrophic, potentially fatal injuries.
He roared, forcibly drawing upon the absolute limits of his Torso Spirit Bone, the Titan's Earthly Rejuvenation. He pumped massive amounts of raw, unrefined earth energy directly into his muscles, violently tearing his arms free from the soft vines just as the spheres arrived.
He frantically swung the Clear Sky Hammer in a desperate, defensive blur, executing a hasty, unrefined version of the Disorder Splitting Wind just to create a physical barrier against the incoming bombardment.
CRASH! BOOM! CRASH!
The Spiral Spheres detonated against the hammer and the surrounding earth. The resulting explosions of searing flame, crushing rock, and slicing wind completely engulfed Tang Hao's position.
When the smoke briefly cleared, Tang Hao was entirely on the defensive, heavily wounded. His tattered cloak was burned away, his armor was cracked, and deep, bleeding lacerations covered his arms and chest. He was panting raggedly, making use of all his remaining strength just to barely dodge or defend against the relentless, continuous barrage of Ah Yin's attacks.
He looked at her, his heart breaking completely. The cold, precise lethality of her strikes, the absolute lack of any hesitation in her eyes—it all pointed to a singular, devastating truth. She was not holding back. She was fighting as though she was genuinely, entirely intent on killing him.
High above the chaotic, elemental explosions of the ground battles, another confrontation was occurring, though it lacked the flashy, colorful display of spirit abilities.
Tang Xiao, the mighty Sect Leader of the Clear Sky Sect, hovered in the sky, his chest heaving. He had fully activated his Clear Sky Avatar, gripping his massive, deep blue hammer with both hands. He was a Level 96 Super Douluo, a man whose physical strength could shatter fortresses.
Yet, he was currently bleeding from his nose and mouth, his eyes wide with profound, unadulterated disbelief.
Standing calmly in the empty air a few dozen meters away was Zhang Tian. The young Marquis wore his dark aristocratic robes, his long red hair shifting gently in the wind. He did not have his Blood Silver God Avatar activated. He didn't even have a single spirit ring illuminated around his body.
He was fighting entirely, exclusively using his pure physical body.
"Is this the limit of the Clear Sky Sect's physical prowess?" Zhang Tian asked casually, dusting off his sleeve as if he had just finished a mild stroll. "I must say, Sect Master, I expected a bit more resistance."
"Arrogant whelp!" Tang Xiao roared, his pride stinging violently.
He gripped the hammer, channeling his massive spirit power to execute a flawless, high-speed swing aimed directly at Zhang Tian's torso. The sheer physical force of the strike created a visible, howling vacuum in the air.
Zhang Tian did not dodge. He didn't even raise his arms into a proper defensive guard.
He simply stepped forward, his right hand shooting out with terrifying, impossible speed.
He caught the massive, descending head of the Clear Sky Hammer directly in his bare palm.
THUD.
The impact generated a massive shockwave that blew the surrounding clouds away for miles, but Zhang Tian's arm did not even buckle. He stood perfectly still, his boots anchored firmly in the empty air, casually holding back the full, unmitigated striking power of a Level 96 Super Douluo with a single hand.
Tang Xiao's eyes nearly bulged out of his skull. The sheer, physical impossibility of the act shattered his understanding of martial combat. 'What kind of monster is this?' Tang Xiao thought in absolute horror. 'His physical body... the sheer density of his flesh and bone... it surpasses even the most formidable hundred-thousand-year-old defense-type spirit beast! He is catching the Clear Sky Hammer barehanded!'
Zhang Tian smirked, his icy blue eyes locking onto the Sect Leader.
He tightened his grip on the hammer head, rendering Tang Xiao entirely unable to pull his weapon back. With a casual, effortless pull, Zhang Tian yanked the hammer forward, throwing Tang Xiao completely off balance and dragging the Super Douluo directly into his striking range.
Zhang Tian didn't use a complex martial art. He simply pulled his left fist back and delivered a straightforward, devastatingly heavy punch directly into Tang Xiao's solar plexus.
The punch carried the absolute, refined physical might forged by the continuous compression of the Life Spirit Core.
CRACK!
The sound of Tang Xiao's ribs fracturing echoed sharply. The Super Douluo's spirit barrier shattered instantly under the pure, overwhelming physical pressure. Tang Xiao coughed up a massive spray of blood, his eyes rolling back in his head as the agonizing force ruptured his internal organs.
Zhang Tian didn't let him fly away. He caught the Sect Leader by the collar of his robes, effortlessly pulling him back in. He proceeded to use his pure physical body to fight against Tang Xiao, systematically, casually beating the mighty Super Douluo around the sky like a helpless ragdoll, entirely dismantling the pride of the Clear Sky Sect with nothing but his bare hands.
