Chapter 120 - Chapter 120: Seven Lion Heads, Seven Divine Strikes

Only a single second had passed.

Behind Garp, Roger's blurred, obstructed figure suddenly reappeared.

Roger roared, forcing down the shock pounding in his chest. His fighting blade flashed as he accelerated, the edge moving so fast it left streaking afterimages as it tore toward Ryoma's chest.

At this moment, the arrow had already left the bow—there was no turning back.

The blade cleaved through the air, friction igniting sparks along the pitch-black steel. The rushing wind wrapped around it, feeding the flames dancing along its surface.

This strike—Roger felt—was his absolute peak.

An attack surpassing anything he had ever unleashed.

For a brief, wild instant, he even imagined that this sword-qi could split the sea itself.

Yet in the face of Roger's full-force strike, Ryoma did not even shift his stance. He simply raised his hand and extended two fingers.

Roger's movements were still painfully slow under Ryoma's overwhelming ocular power.

The index and middle finger pressed lightly against the oncoming blade—two immovable pillars halting a mountain.

Roger's body shuddered violently. The blade refused to advance even a fraction further.

"Two… fingers?"

The shocked thought barely formed before Ryoma's fingers snapped—and the combat knife shattered.

A straight punch followed instantly.

Roger attempted to raise his arms in defense, but the motion came far, far too late.

He saw only a black blur before Ryoma's fist crashed into his abdomen.

Pain exploded through him. His body lifted off the ground, internal organs twisting as he was sent flying like a ragdoll.

Even as consciousness slipped away, disbelief was the only thing in his mind.

From the moment Ryoma made his move until now, only three seconds had passed.

Rocks went down in that same span of time.

Roger and Garp—taken together—were defeated in two seconds.

One defeated per second.

The surrounding figures—Rayleigh, Spock, the two Admirals, the Golden Lion, Big Mom—all wore expressions of pure disbelief.

In the world of pirates, battles between top-tier individuals never ended instantly.

They dragged on, powered by monstrous endurance and monstrous stamina.

Even a still-growing Ace in the original story fought Jinbe for five days and five nights.

But here…

"Get Roger out of here first!"

Seeing their captain unconscious, Spock and Rayleigh moved at once.

The moment the backbone of the Roger Pirates took action, an overwhelming Haki erupted from them.

"Heavy Chop!"

Spock swung both massive axes, releasing more than ten mountain-sized slashes that tore through the sky.

"One cut—two cuts!"

Rayleigh focused all his Haki into his longsword, thrusting toward Ryoma's head.

The compressed sword-qi spun like a high-speed drill, shrieking through the air.

At that moment, a roar erupted behind Ryoma.

Black-Wrist Zefa had already dashed in, closing the distance in an instant, while beside him Vice Admiral Tsuru drew her blade and slashed toward Ryoma.

The four attackers were certain: Ryoma had nowhere to dodge.

If he was struck by these combined assaults, even if he survived, he would be gravely injured.

But facing their coordinated siege, Ryoma only sneered as the power of his Rinnegan surged outward once more.

"Shinra Tensei."

A low, warped hum vibrated through the air—then an invisible shockwave detonated from Ryoma's body.

The violent repulsion blasted every attacker hundreds of meters away.

"Pff!"

Spock was the first to take the full brunt of it. His chest caved slightly under the force, blood spraying from his lips before he collapsed unconscious.

Rayleigh, Vice Admiral Tsuru, and Black-Wrist Zefa were also struck head-on by the repulsive burst. Their bodies slammed into the ground, all three knocked out instantly.

In less than a single second, Ryoma had defeated four top-tier masters—Spock, Rayleigh, Zefa, and Tsuru—without taking a single step.

But before even a tenth of a second passed, a golden streak carved across the air beside him.

"Shishi: Ji Roll!"

The Golden Lion, using the power of the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, tore the earth upward.

The ground erupted, twisting into seven colossal lion heads of stone and soil, each the size of a small mountain. Under his precise control, the seven constructs lunged toward Ryoma, jaws yawning wide.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

Seven thunderous impacts shook the battlefield as the lion heads crashed down upon their target.

Seeing every strike land, the Golden Lion finally exhaled, tension draining from his shoulders.

He had been extremely cautious of that terrifying repulsion—Shinra Tensei—but after watching several exchanges, he finally caught on.

Ryoma didn't seem able to use that power repeatedly in rapid succession.

A weakness.

A loophole.

"Good… I found it in time," he muttered, confidence swelling.

"With this, the two supreme treasures are already mine."

Just as the Golden Lion was savoring his supposed advantage, his pupils suddenly tightened.

A blinding blue radiance surged before him.

A towering Susanoo, larger and more imposing than before, manifested around Ryoma, its armor gleaming like a Martial God descending.

"The ambush was good," Ryoma said calmly. "Your timing was sharp, and your presence suppression was nearly flawless—even to me."

Within the third-stage Susanoo, Ryoma's expression twisted into a dangerous, faint smile.

At his will, Susanoo's massive arm swung forward.

The fist hadn't even landed before the shockwave erupted, tearing through the air like a hurricane.

Sensing the overwhelming power behind the strike, the Golden Lion's face drained of color.

Instinctively, he activated the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, launching himself backward in a desperate leap.

Ryoma watched him retreat and sneered. His raised fist flattened into an open palm.

"Banshō Ten'in!" (Vientiane Heavenly Pull)

A tremendous gravitational force exploded outward, dragging the Golden Lion back like he was weightless.

"What!?"

He poured all his will into the power of the Flutter-Flutter Fruit, struggling to resist the pull—but it was hopeless.

He couldn't even delay it for a single second.

The Golden Lion was yanked directly in front of Ryoma.

Susanoo's colossal fist slammed into him without hesitation.

Bone cracked, blood sprayed, and several teeth flew through the air.

The Golden Lion's head snapped back violently, consciousness slipping.

Before he could collapse, Ryoma seized him and flung him upward like a toy.

"You used seven lion heads just now," Ryoma said coldly.

"Let me return seven punches."

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Susanoo's fists hammered down one after another, each carrying enough force to shatter mountains. The air itself seemed to distort from the impact, space trembling with every blow.

The punches were so fast that the Golden Lion's body couldn't even shift a single centimeter before the next hit landed.

Supersonic strikes—tens of tons of force per blow—

In seconds, he was beaten into an unrecognizable state and hurled thousands of meters away like a broken ragdoll.

Ryoma lowered his arm and turned his gaze to the only remaining figure—Big Mom—her face pale, her body trembling.

"Do you still want to fight?"

"No—no, no fighting! I just came to watch, that's all!" Big Mom stammered, waving her hands frantically.

Under the weight of Ryoma's abyss-like eyes, a chilling fear—one she had never known—took root in her heart

She understood perfectly: every defeated person lying on this battlefield was among the world's strongest.

If she stayed, she would share their fate.

Without another word, she turned and fled as fast as her massive body allowed.
