In the throne room of the Almera's Emperor;
The throne was red and white all over, had a granite structure to it. It was big, big enough to house the red mantis. It was decorated with all the achievements of its prior Emperors. It had three sets of stairs.
The first set was a few feet from the entrance. All who wanted an audience must wait here. The second set was on a higher level, this is where most Ministers stood at(not on the actual stairs). The third set was a few feet from the Emperor's throne.
Beside the throne was two smaller ones, one for the Empress, and another for the Crown Prince. Neither of them were in the throne room at this time.
On the right side of the hall was Duke Williams, he was also the Prime Minister. Minister Vecta, Orlando, and Agento. On the left was the Vice Minister Theodore, Minister Zenon, Xavier, and Keith.
"Minister Vecta do you know what's happening in Helmina's Forest?", the Emperor asked.
"Your majesty, I have already sent word to Lady Devana, she should be her shortly", Vecta said.
"Your majesty, I think the forest has another Transcendant, this means they now have seven too", Theodore said.
"Even if thats true, how did the forest disappear and reappeared, and the new beasts as well", the Emperor said.
"Well, that...", zenon said.
"LADY DEVANA HAS ARRIVE", the doorsmen yelled!
"Let her through", the Emperor said.
The Guard got up from his kneeling position, and both of them opened the huge throne room doors. This extremely beautiful lady walked in with a swan-like gait, and was well endowed.
She wore a full blue robe, with white outlines and it bore the Symbol of the Stars. Her shoes looked like boots, they came halfway to her ankles. She had a gold waistbelt, a blue and white Katana, on hands were white gloves than went to her elbows.
Her face shaped like the full moon in the winter's embrace, she wore two blue sapphire earrings, and a white choker. Her eyes were two shades of blue, a rare beauty.
She bowed and greeted the emperor. He greeted her back and they both nodded at each other, then she took her place on the left, in front of the Vice Minister but not in line with them.
"Lady Devana. What is your take on the new forest?", the Emperor asked.
"Your Majesty, by the calculations of the stars, this is not an ill omen, at least not this second", she said.
"What do you mean by this", duke William said.
"Well. It seems whatever or whoever it is, isn't necessarily hostile, not friendly either", she responded.
"Lady Devana, what exactly happened in Helmina's domain?", Vecta asked.
"It seems as though it went through some kind of rebirth, and Helmina is probably dead", she said.
The Throne room went silent, everyone's emotions went from shocked to awe, then to confused, then back to shocked. They created a funny scene where they all did this simultaneously. Devana had a smiled, then the ice shattered off of her face, she laughed loudly.
They could have swore they heard birds chirping and waters flowing. Almost instantly she regained her bearings and the water froze over again.
"Forgive our indulgence, lady devana", the Emperor said.
"No, anyone would have been shocked, it was my own selfishness that made me laugh, this embarrassment will follow me for ages", she said.
"Lady Devana, we could use some more details, if you please?", Xavier asked.
"Yes, well I saw a new man, monster, or whatever it is. It is strong, extremely strong. He birthed the new forest himself and if I'm not wrong, the new beasts as well. As for his methods, I have no idea", she said.
"So he is of Life or Earth attribute. He most likely is a Magi as well. Only those smart idiots could come close to something like this", Keith said.
"Thats actually wrong Minister Keith, any being of any cultivation, when they reached the pinnacle, can create a similar phenomena. Though your assessment isn't far off, the most likely scenario is a Magi", vecta said.
"Your majesty, if I may be so bold", Devana said.
"You may", he said.
"Your majesty, I believe that its in our best to send a Envoy, a high rank one at that. If my calculations are correct, the should be at least four new races", she said.
"FOUR!", everyone of them shouted.
"How is this possible. Lady Devana are you absolutely certain?, Duke Theodore asked.
"I see new stars, and four of them, each star in on our Star Board is a Race. Every Race is bright, the brighter, the stronger the Race. All four stars shines brighter than ours", she said.
"No way, Vecta big the damned board", Xavier yelled.
The board was brought out. The path of grren land that had 'Helmina's Forest' had nine stars, four of those stars were shining so bright that you could barely tell there were nine stars.
"Fuck its true", Orlando said.
"Don't be alarm sir, they have just been born, it will take time for them to mature and gain enough strength to contend with us", she said.
They all wiped the sweat off there foreheads, the Emperor acted like he wasn't worried.
"Send Crown Prince Shura and Princess Aurora to the Forest, and half E'notch go with them.
They talked for a few more hours.
