Behind him, two guards appeared, carrying a narrow wheeled chair with padded restraints.
Not rough.
Not cruel.
Official.
Vikoria took a step forward. "He is injured. He nearly died."
The officer inclined his head politely. "Which is why the debrief will be conducted on site. No transport beyond this building."
Naomi crossed her arms. "I will attend."
The officer shook his head. "This summon is individual."
The room cooled.
Naomi gaze sharpened. "He is under my responsibility."
"He is under review," the officer replied calmly.
That word sat heavy.
'Review.'
Shunya swallowed.
"It is fine," he said quietly. "I will go."
Vikoria turned to him sharply. "Shunya."
He met her eyes. "It is worse if I do not."
Naomi studied his face for a long moment. Then she nodded once.
"Answer truthfully," she said. "Do not embellish. Do not minimize."
"I will not," he replied.
