"Are you happy? " Adrian smiled gently at Nathaniel Christopher, the former Captain Atom.
"W-What?!" Nathaniel blurted out in surprise as he touched his face and body in horror.
He was back to normal , but he wasn't happy at all, he felt the exact opposite.
Losing his powers meant he would no longer be of any use to the government which would mean he might get thrown out.
For a dog like Nathaniel that was the cruelest punishment, being unable to be of use to his masters is something he couldn't comprehend.
Despite having god-like powers , he was still the lap dog of the military and government.
If the government told him to bend over then he would do so without any hesitation, that was the kind of man Nathaniel was.
"I cured you ~ Now you no longer have to worry about exploding or losing control ~ " Adrian said in a jovial tone as he clapped his hands while Didi just giggled at his antics.
"Y-You! …" Nathaniel went red with rage as he pointed his finger at Adrian with the intention of threatening him, as if he wasn't just a normal chap.

Adrian caught his finger and twisted it at an unnatural angle and smacked Nathaniel across his face.
"I hate it when people point at me… I get all jittery…" Afraid said in an innocent tone as he gazed at Nathaniel's pale face.
"Y-You criminal scum!..." Nathaniel growled out through gritted teeth as sweat poured down his face.
"Criminal? Hahahaha!" Adrian laughed like he had heard the biggest joke as he placed an arm on Nathaniel's shoulder.
"You see the people you just tried to eliminate are just random Civilians… at least in the eyes of the law ~ …" Adrian patted Nathaniel's cheek condescendingly, making the former Hero( military dog) feel humiliation as nobody dared to treat him like this.
The members of Task Force X were akin to ghosts as their public records were erased.
Making it easier for Adrian to give them a clean background which wasn't that hard as forging stuff like this only required him to give a few stream points.
The system may not be able to help him fight , but it surely was very useful in the information gathering and altering department.
Adrian pulled out his phone as he played a video for Nathaniel to see and the content made Nathaniel's jaw tighten.
It was him and Firestorm seconds before he decided to incinerate the building on the ground. It had such good quality that the zoom was able to show his face clearly.
"I'm going to sue your ass…. " Adrian smiled at Nathaniel , as he had personally erased every single record of the former villainesses giving them a clean start.
Nathaniel was just a normal guy and Adrian wanted to see how they would fight this legal battle. Even if he won or lost , he didn't care since he was doing this just for fun.
He wanted to make Nathaniel miserable. It would be even better if he was dropped in prison like just another criminal.
Nathaniel just gazed at Adrian in a daze as he was slowly understanding how fucked he was.
But this wasn't over… Maybe Amanda Waller required another visit to Japan…..

Adrian left Ronny, Martin and Nathaniel in Africa as he decided to spend some time in Didi's domain as the personification of death wanted to watch some movies with him.
He didn't mind , not in the slightest. And right now he was watching a sappy romance movie with Didi leaning against him , her body surprisingly warm for Death itself.
While the main leads of the story started a make out session for the upteenth time in the movie , Didi turned her gaze to Adrian with a thoughtful look as she gazed at his lips.
Adrian feeling her gaze turned to her with raised eyebrows as both of them stared at each other for a while as Adrian asked in a playful tone.
"You wanna try ? " Adrian asked in a joking manner.
" Hmm?... Sure~ " He meant it as a joke but hearing Didi's answer made him stumped as he felt a hint of anticipation while gazing at Didi's lips.
Didi didn't dawdle as she leaned forward and pressed her lips against Adrian in a soft kiss, placing her palm on his chest.
"That was….nice…" Didi whispered as she separated her lips from his but didn't move back.
"More?" Adrian asked back as Didi nodded in affirmation.
"Hmm.."
Adrian picked up Didi by her thigh as he placed her on his lap so that she could straddle him.
Didi's pale cheeks had a flush on them as she felt excited like never before. Even an omnipotent being like her can get bored and lonely and Adrian's arrival did bring a dash of colour into her overpowered life…..

"Whar do you mean White man? " A dark skinned man asked , his words dripping with a heavy African accent.
"Listen here… you are making a mistake here , and you would be having a lot of problems if you don't tell your goons to back off…" Nathaniel said in a serious tone as his demeanor and words still had the arrogance he had as Captain Atom...
