The sudden attack threw the elk herd into complete panic.
They tried to determine the direction of the attackers, but it seemed like attackers were everywhere.
As a result, the elks became disorganized and began to scatter in all directions.
But this gave those with melee weapons an opportunity to hunt.
Chen Wen was ambushed in a tree.
He watched as a male elk accelerated towards him, completely unaware of Chen Wen's presence.
Bad luck for you.
Chen Wen shook his head and took out his spear.
With a bit of foresight, Chen Wen jumped down from the tree, striking the elk with his body while also stabbing the spear into the elk's body.
The elk let out a miserable cry and fell straight to the ground.
Chen Wen's attack was quite fierce, leaving no chance for the elk to survive.
The others were experiencing similar situations.
Everyone who was ambushed succeeded.
Soon, accompanied by excited shouts and grunts of exertion, the ambushed elk herd's numbers dwindled sharply.
