With the mighty power of the Eight Treasures, the Spiritual Power and various forces within have reached a perfect balance, yet something is still missing to begin forming a "Buddha Spirit" akin to the Human Race.
Li Ye showed no expression, but his heart was quite surprised.
This is actually a Small Thousand World made from the Bodhisattva's relics, and it seems to be nurturing some kind of Buddha Spirit — which seems different from the elders' speculation of it being used to nourish the Human Race.

"Boundless Pure Land, infinite virtues, coupled with the Eight Treasures as the foundation, whether the beings nurtured will naturally possess Buddhist nature and can truly replace the Celestial Dao awareness of this Small Thousand Buddha World.
Transform into the sole Great Sun that guides all things.
This is actually the root of the Buddha Country Nursery's plan."
