The entire audience, including All For One, were frozen from shock when the Nazi general was obliterated into nothingness. Meanwhile, the children were amazed by it since they've never really known anything about death, except for Eri who was genuinely terrified from the weapon.
"That's… the capabilities of the Tesseract…?" Midoriya was shivering, preventing him from writing the information in his notebook.
"There's… nothing on him. Not… even ashes…" Uraraka stuttered.
"And he has… an arsenal full of them…" Melissa was stuttering as well. 'How did they win the war?'
"That… can't…" Shigaraki was both frustrated and scared at the Tesseract's power. He can turn people to dust as long as he physically touches someone with five fingers, but it was different with the Cube as it immediately vaporized a person's existence with one single shot. He underestimated the Cube's power, now he fears and despises it. 'That… weapon… it's much more… more powerful than my Quirk… I'm useless…'
Spinner growled, "And they were scared from the super soldier serum? They can easily win the war! Dr. Erksine died for nothing!"
Meanwhile, All For One was slightly terrified of the weapon. He never showed fear to anyone, not even to All Might. But upon witnessing the capabilities of the weapon, his stolen Quirks are useless against it. He'll vaporize in the blink of an eye and he can't do anything about it. He admired the Tesseract, but will be cautious about it when he sees it. He never thought the artifact was THAT dangerous.

"A dangerous cult that is named after the Hydra from Greek Mythology but worships Schmidt. Yep, they're worse news." Awase said.

"Overall, it seems that HYDRA are the villains of this story. They're much more dangerous than Germans and Japanese." Melissa said.
Midoriya then wrote a separate page of HYDRA, a villain / cult organization that is aiming for world domination. The villains were disgusted by Schmidt's plan as they never planned to dominate the world because they only wanted to change society.

"Unbelievable! There's at least twelve or thirteen vials of blood right there! That's incredibly dangerous!" Recovery Girl exclaimed by the amount of Rogers' blood.
"Relax, Chiyo. Rogers isn't tired anyway. He has enhanced stamina and durability." All Might reassured the school nurse.
"Even so! It's still incredibly dangerous!"
"What are they going to do with them anyway?" Koda curiously asked.
"Since all the super soldier serum were used and destroyed, they needed his blood to recreate them, hence the attempted recreation of the replicas like the one Blonsky took." Nezu answered.
"Well, they probably managed to successfully recreate it considering it works for Blonsky." Dabi said.
"Oooh~ I wonder what happens if I take the serum. I'll be even faster and stronger than before. I should take one if there's any." Toga excitedly said while awing at the sight of vials filled with Rogers' blood.
"Did you forget that the serum enhances your personality as well? You probably won't think straight anymore due to your craziness." Spinner reminded her. "You're probably just going to berserk by attacking innocent bystanders, law enforcers, heroes, and villains."
"I know that! I'm just wondering." Toga pouted, but acknowledged the deadly side effects of the serum.

"It's still ridiculous that Schmidt thought that super soldiers are equally matched with the Tesseract." Shigaraki said, while still holding hatred towards the overpower artifact.

"What!? Steve is literally your greatest asset in winning the war! He isn't a lab rat!" Spinner criticized the colonel.
"While I truly despise that they regard Rogers as a lab rat, the colonel does have a point." Nezu said while containing his anger, as everyone stared at him. "Rogers is the only super soldier in the world. His genes are the only way to create more super soldier serums, but if he dies in the war, then they would lose their only chance to win against HYDRA and the Cube-powered weapons."
"That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard." Dabi said. "How many years will it take for the replicated serum to be made? They're in a war right now. It's useless for them to store Rogers in a laboratory."
"Man, he's still rejected to join the war after having the serum. He has a lot of bad luck." Kirishima pitied the hero.
"But not as bad as Brucey and Hulky." Toga reminded him.

Midoriya felt pity for Steve. Despite having the serum within his system, he still isn't qualified to be a soldier. It somewhat resembles him when he isn't ready to be a hero despite having One For All. He hopes that Steve will officially join the army one day. It isn't fair for him to stand on the sidelines. Mirio and All Might also thought the same thing as him.

The entire audience burst into laughter, except for Aizawa, All Might, and Spinner. They didn't totally expect that the patriotic hero was acting as a poster boy for the war. They also laughed at the badly designed costume for his role. Meanwhile, Spinner was greatly disappointed at the senator for turning a true hero into a money maker while the children kinda loved the costume, except for Kota who found it slightly ridiculous.
"The senator is treating him like a cash cow!" Spinner finally answered his frustration.
"Is he doing a…?" Melissa asked.
"Yes, he's literally doing a USO Tour for war bonds." Aizawa answered.
"This is unacceptable. He has so much potential with his artificial Quirk yet he's being treated as a poster boy. This is unforgivable!" Tiger exclaimed.
"You're not the only one." Aizawa agreed with Tiger.
"Steve…" Midoriya once again felt pity for Steve. Steve was given a chance, but it's something he doesn't have in mind. He wondered if he's going to be a poster boy throughout the story.
Makoto chuckled, "You gotta admit. The suit is hilarious yet horrible at the same time."
"Yeah, it looks too American. It makes sense because they're literally using him for propaganda." Melissa said.
"It's like he's literally wearing the American flag." Tsunotori said while holding her laughter.
"At least Midoriya's bunny suit is much better." Uraraka complimented while blushing after realizing what she said.
Midoriya blushed once again, "T-Thanks, Uraraka. A-And it's not a b-b-bunny suit."

The audience burst into laughter again when Rogers was reading the script on the prop shield. They also laughed at how horrible his acting was and how awkward/shy he is on stage.
"It seemed like he didn't even practice his lines at all." Tokage said.
"The stage play was probably immediately made when Rogers accepted the so-called 'promotion', so he didn't have time to practice." Cementoss said while holding his mouth to cover his smile.
"I'm gonna take a picture of this." Uraraka took out her flip phone and snapped a picture.
"I gotta do it as well." Makoto said as she took a photo as well before chuckling. "Now that's a keeper."

He always thought that they must respect the government officials, but he didn't know anything about the corruption within them. He wondered whether he was an idiot for defending the senator from Iron Man 2 and the army in The Incredible Hulk. He doesn't know.

Meanwhile, the students were dancing from the catchy, patriotic song, especially Bakugo who keeps trying to stop his fingers from dancing to the song like he's a cartoon character. The children were jumping around while their four guardians closely observed them in case they would fall down.

'A bit much…!?' All the students questioned, as the 'Star-Spangled Man' codename was a bit much than 'Captain America'.

"So his codename is literally the country he lives in. Now I'm actually surprised that the Pro Heroes didn't think about naming themselves after their countries." Melissa found the codename hilarious yet fitting for the hero.
"The codename also somehow works. I don't know why. It really rolls off the tongue." Tsunotori also found the codename fitting for him.
"It's just too bad that he isn't actually a captain of the army." Nejire said with a hint of sad tone.
"It seems the comics are popular. I want to read them." Midoriya said while writing down Steve Rogers' hero codename.

"Yeah, I don't think they need some pretender to tell them about the war." Kurogiri said.

The women were slightly insulted that the soldiers cared more about the dancing girls rather than the 'hero' on stage while Mineta silently agreed with the soldiers. Naomasa was insulted by the men's behavior and wanted to punish them, but he understood they needed comfort considering they're fighting in a war.

"Is that Hodge!? Not that asshole again!" Tsunotori exclaimed, which made Kendo sighed from annoyance that her innocent friend still say something that Monoma taught her.

"So the current audience was once the same group that Rogers was in." Natsuo said.
"If that's so, then we'll get to see Peggy again! I miss her!" Uraraka said.

'Fruit?' The audience mentally said, as they thought that tomatoes were vegetables.
"It's understandable they'll act like that. They've already experienced the war, so things like ridiculous dancing shows and meaningless optimism are useless to them." Aizawa explained, ignoring the second question. "The reason it worked for the citizens is because they've never experienced the war compared to the soldiers. What was the senator thinking about sending him in the army to perform?"
"To make it more money obviously." Spinner answered, while holding his anger towards the soldiers and the senator for mistreatment of the true hero.
"Besides that, these men probably saw these performances insulting as they've lost numerous of their comrades in the war. They aren't going to play nice like Rogers' character." Vlad said.
The entire audience went silent. While they enjoyed the propaganda performance, they didn't think about what was happening behind the scenes. There were numerous soldiers who died in battle, so they understood the living soldiers would be traumatized, battle hardened, and developed a cruel personality. They now wondered why Rogers insisted on joining when war is a terrifying place to be in, especially when his goals are meaningless in war.

Most of the audience frowned upon seeing Steve drawing a monkey of himself. They knew that he wanted to become a soldier, but he currently sees himself as a monkey on a unicycle. He saw himself as a laughingstock to the world. Mirio wanted to comfort him, but his words are meaningless since Steve can't hear him. He hopes that Rogers can achieve his dream just like how Nighteye told him to achieve his.
Midoriya understood Steve's feelings. He wanted to become a hero without a Quirk, but due constant bullying, he sometimes saw himself as a joke and a dreamer. In order to avoid these negative thoughts, he drew heroes and analyzed them which became a comfort zone for him.

All Might, Melissa, and Tsunotori flinched at the title "America's New Hope". It sounds ridiculous yet Melissa and Tsunotori felt that Rogers is the All Might of this universe's America while All Might felt Rogers is like his successor and became more like the new Symbol of Peace.

"Those two shouldn't be his only options. He has potential." All Might said sympathetically, as Aizawa and Tiger silently agreed with him.
"Yeah, Dr. Erskine will be disappointed that they turned him into a jokester. Both of them deserved more than this." Midoriya agreed with his mentor, as Bakugo briefly stared at him with guilt before staring back at the screen.
"But he can't do anything at this point anymore. He's stuck as the government's pet until the war is over." Spinner clenched his fist from frustration, as he wanted to slice the senator's throat.

Most of the audience, including the villains, silently agreed that Rogers was more than being a circus freak. The villains despised heroes, but Rogers was different than any other heroes. He's a hero that is beloved by the citizens, heroes, and villains altogether. They wished he existed in their world.

"If that's the only way to prevent being a lab rat then it's better than nothing." Midoriya reassured Rogers who said he wears tights.
"I think his red, white, and blue 'tights' kinda fits him. It reminds me of Uncle Might, but a lot more patriotic." Melissa said.
"I-I guess, it does." All Might said while rubbing his head from embarrassment. 'At least Endeavor would stop calling me an American just because I wore an American-looking costume.'

"Hell, that's a lot of casualties." Natsuo said.
"That's the thing about war. Despite having a 'plan' or 'advantages', there will always be numerous casualties in war and we can't prevent that. The only thing we can do is save those that are within our reach or accomplish the goal." Aizawa explained.
"And sooner or later, students, you'll be facing the war as well." Nezu added, as the students went into silence after Nezu and Aizawa told them about inevitable casualties in war.
"I wonder if the reason they lost so many was because of the Cube-powered weapons." Tsuburaba said.
"It has been some time since Schmidt killed the Nazi generals, so he must've began production of numerous weapons already by now." Melissa reminded everyone.

"Oh no, he better be alright. He's the only friend that Rogers has!" Uraraka said worriedly.

Makoto groaned, "I see the colonel hasn't changed his snarky attitude yet."
"It's unbelievable that he's disrespecting Rogers who literally stopped a Nazi and saved a child." Fuyumi said.
"For that, I agree. He became a hero yet the colonel treats him like trash on the road." Tetsutetsu agreed with her.
"I'm sure he has his reasons." Naomasa defended the colonel.

Most of the audience began to worry when Rogers asked the colonel for his best friend's name. They hoped that he didn't tragically die in the war, but if he did, then there's nothing they can do since it's a war. While Spinner doesn't see Bucky as a true hero, he does respect him for being with Rogers 'til the end. It's similar to how he'll stay with the League of Villains until the end since they're his family.

"Huh? What did Peggy do?" Uraraka asked.
"It's because she told Rogers about the classified information. She wasn't allowed to reveal the information to a civilian, and Mr. Rogers counts as one." Naomasa answered.

The audience went into silence when the colonel informed Rogers about the current status of Bucky. They couldn't believe that Rogers' one and only friend perished in the war. The Pro Heroes mourned for his death while the students were in disbelief. They may only know a little, but he had an impact on Rogers' life so it's natural they were in disbelief.
"He's not dead…" Midoriya said while his whole body was shivering from denial. "He's not dead. He's just… simply captured."
"How do you know that, Deku?" Uraraka asked.
"I… just have a… feeling…" Midoriya answered.
Mirio smiled and nodded, "He's right. A man like James Barnes isn't the type to die easily. I'm confident that he's alive."
"Are you two delusional!?" Mineta asked.
"Delusional or not, I won't accept that he didn't die unless we see his body." Midoriya said.
"Even if Bucky is alive and captured, it'll only be worse for him. Who knows what HYDRA does to their prisoners?" Tokage said.
"He'll hold on. I believe in him…" Midoriya said which enlightened the mood and broke the tension.

"But that would take too long! They would be dead by now!" Kirishima exclaimed. "It isn't manly to leave your own men behind!"
"It's necessary, Kirishima." Aizawa said, as everyone stared at him. "If they attempt a rescue mission, it would be suicidal unless they have major advantages towards HYDRA. They would lose more men than they can save."
"He's right. In order to win the war, you must sacrifice those that are left behind. It's what I was taught during my police academy days." Naomasa said.
"It seems your explanations are reasonable. I thought you were actually willing to abandon them." Spinner said.
"But it's… wrong to leave them…!" Mirio clenched his fist.
"I understand your sense of justice, Mirio, but this is a much more logical choice. You should know that you can't save everyone." Aizawa reminded Mirio about Nighteye.
Mirio lowered his head, "I understand, sir. But it doesn't mean you can't try."

"Man, this is depressing. I prefer watching Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and Thor again. There weren't a lot of depressing scenes, just pure awesomeness." Kirishima said.
"May I remind you that there are also depressing moments in those three movies?" Kendo reminded him.
"I know, but compared to this story, they have a lot of awesomeness in them." Kirishima said.

"Don't lie, Shota. You've only suspended him and commanded him to clean the entire school as a punishment because you saw potential in him." Present Mic said, as Aizawa remained in silence.
"It's amazing that Rogers would go through such lengths in order to save someone he cares about."
"And that's why he's different from you, heroes." Spinner said.

"Please understand that he's currently in a stressful situation." Naomasa said.

"What he's doing is deserting his post and going AWOL. He'll definitely be punished once he returns." Naomasa said.
"Brother, do you remember about being a good man and not a perfect soldier?" Makoto reminded her brother. "He isn't acting like a soldier right now. He's acting like a man who would rescue those who are in need."
Spinner nodded, "He's a true hero indeed."
"Plus, is he even part of the military? Sure, he had military training but he doesn't have a post." Shinso said.
"It's still illegal for him to rescue the hostages without his superior's permission." Aizawa said, conflicting whether it was all right for Rogers to break the law to rescue the hostages or not. This action reminded him of the time Midoriya, Todoroki, Iida, Kirishima, and Yaoyorozu broke the law to save Bakugo.
Speaking of the lawbreaking five students, they were literally reminded by Rogers about how they broke the law in order to save Bakugo. Although they didn't regret saving him as All Might would've been distracted, it somehow gave them the nostalgic feeling to it.

Aizawa sighed before staring at All Might, "You certainly act like THAT person."

"I believe him too." Midoriya said.
"If she truly believes in him, then she really has feelings for him. How romantic~" La Brava said.

"It looks like Peggy is going to help him!" Hagakure exclaimed excitedly.
"Of course she'll help her Prince Charming." Midnight said.
"But she'll be punished once she returns to the camp. Unlike Rogers, she has a post in the military." Naomasa said.
"Maybe Colonel Phillips will only give her a warning." Makoto guessed about the possibility.

"Calm down, Hatsume." Power Loader said.

"Sheesh, that was a nice retort but kinda dark." Tokage said.
"Yeah, I thought he wasn't the type to kill because of his kind nature." Ojiro agreed.
"If he wasn't in a war, then he wouldn't." Snipe said. "Heroes must always apprehend villains, which is why my bullets are mostly non-lethal. We only resort to killing them unless we have no choice."
"Agreed." Aizawa agreed. "As always, lethal force is only used as a last resort. But time will come when you have to kill someone in order to save someone else's life. It's your decision whether you'll take the villains' lives or not, just don't kill them for pleasure."
The students were silent at the thought of killing someone. Most of them don't have the stomach to do so, as it's too bloody and cruel for them. Meanwhile, the villains were impressed with the teachers' brutal lesson they gave to their students. They thought they had gone soft after the "heroes shouldn't kill" ideal.

"Yeah, shields were indeed helpful in that era. But can that actually block bullets?" Bondo asked about the prop shield.
"Probably. It can probably block a few bullets at best because the weight seems heavy, but it'll leave a lot of dents if so." Melissa answered. "I'm not entirely sure since shields mostly aren't helpful in the present, as they're useless against Quirks."
"Well, at least he has protection as he doesn't wear armor like Iron Man or Thor and isn't bulletproof like Hulk." Fukidashi said.

Most of the audience slightly flinched when a bright explosion occurred by the artillery fire. They completely forgot that they were entering an enemy territory as they were distracted by the conversation between the three.
"Now that's more like it." Bakugo then smirked as he was bored by the meaningless scenes until now.
"Wait a minute… is he planning to jump out of the plane?" Shoda pointed out when Rogers opened the door.
"Is he a psychopath!? There were a lot of explosions there! He'll die!" Mineta pointed out.
"I don't think that will stop him from achieving his goal." Gentle said.

"Yeah, he's too blunt." Fuyumi agreed.

"So they're using prisoners as slave workers for the weapons production. It's despicable." All Might clenched his fist at the sight of the prisoners unwillingly working on the Cube-powered weapons.
"But it's effective as it'll leave their soldiers and workers to accomplish other stuff. That's what I would've done if I kept prisoners." Shigaraki said.
'You literally killed the prisoners because they annoyed you before, so it's impossible for you to have slaves.' Kurogiri mentally said while chewing on a burger. 'Delicious.'
"Also, did that doctor say something about The Valkyrie? Is that a super powerful weapon they're building or something?" Rin asked curiously.
"Possibly." Yaoyorozu answered. "In Norse Mythology, a valkyrie is a group of winged maidens who served the god, Odin, and were sent by him to the battlefields to choose the slain who were worthy of a place in Valhalla. Schmidt clearly named this super weapon after them to further believe that he's a god."
"ARE THEY H-!" Mineta was slapped by Asui's tongue. "Hey, I was just asking!"
"He's really a lunatic." Kendo said. "Huh. I wonder if the valkyrie exists in that universe."
"Well, we didn't see them anywhere in Asgard so it's unlikely they exist." Yaoyorozu said. 'Or they have yet to appear.'

"He's pushing the prisoners to their limits. He'll work them out until their death!" Midoriya exclaimed, as he couldn't do anything to save them.

All Might grumbled, "Bastard! Couldn't he just leave them alone in their cells instead!?"
"Man, this story is really depressing. I can't sense any fun from it." Kirishima said.
