Frank, William, and Amaya had already left for Palmyra to investigate the forbidden religion further. Meanwhile, that same afternoon in Germany, Lars and Amelia sat in the drawing room of the Domain Palace, aware of their upcoming mission.
They were sitting across from each other when Amelia broke the silence.
"I met with our client today. She's a businesswoman, as indicated in the documents Sigmund sent me. She's been harassed for a month."
Lars listened attentively, leaning back on the sofa.
"The woman went to the police, but hasn't received many answers," Amelia continued. "So she decided to contact us to find out who's harassing her."
"I understand," Lars replied.
"When do we start the investigation?"
Amelia stood up nonchalantly.
"Tomorrow evening. She said she always receives letters in her mailbox at dusk. In recent weeks, the messages had become more threatening."
Lars frowned slightly.
