Black Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent slammed brutally into Evil Hoopa's back — a mighty, terrifying surge of power that battered Hoopa's body mercilessly.
Instantly, Evil Hoopa's face twisted in agony as it roared; the wave of the Dark Pulse that had gathered before it vanished in a flash, and its entire body was blown away by that blow from Black Rayquaza.
That strike was heavy — an absolutely powerful hit.
"Nice job, Uncle!"
Young Rayquaza's draconic eyes lit up at once when Black Rayquaza landed the blow.
It was truly magnificent.
Meanwhile, Zacian, blocked from attacking Evil Hoopa because of Mewtwo's interference — immediately shifted its target.
Its Psychic attack had just been ripped apart by a Behemoth Blade, so Mega Mewtwo Y stepped back to maintain distance.
Though Mewtwo Y's physical attacks remained formidable, it was clearly a poor idea for it to attempt close combat with the Sword Hero.
Zacian, however, did not give it a chance to recover, it charged directly toward Mewtwo Y.
After knocking Evil Hoopa back, Black Rayquaza glanced at the fallen Mega Rayquaza on the ground, its body too weak to continue … the first time it had ever seen its older brother beaten so badly. It tilted its head slightly.
Young Rayquaza spoke, voice trembling, "Father's mind has been affected by that Pokémon, so..."
"No need to explain. I understand."
Black Rayquaza interrupted softly. It already understood the situation fully.
"Human, this enemy is not easy to deal with. We might as well join forces."
Black Rayquaza turned to Lucas with measured calm. Though it had managed a surprise attack, one Dragon Ascent alone was far from sufficient to guarantee victory. Having faced Evil Hoopa for some time, Black Rayquaza knew exactly how troublesome it was — more troublesome than any opponent it had ever encountered.
"One, two, three… we can't delay this any longer. This space cannot bear so many legendary battles, it will collapse."
Black Rayquaza's voice dropped low and serious. Although the dimensional space felt stable, that did not guarantee it wouldn't break under strain. Legendary Pokémon already represented the upper limit of biological species level, having a large number of legends appear in a region at the same time, the balance of space may be broken.
And right now, there were just far too many legends present. If the fights went on much longer, the space would likely collapse entirely, not something to joke about.
"I understand," Lucas answered after pausing to think. He wasn't being threatened, Black Rayquaza was merely stating a realistic risk.
After all, in the original movie, after the legendary battle ended, the space in Dahara City had indeed distorted and collapsed. Back then, there were only eight legendaries — let alone now, here in Arche Valley with many more present.
Suddenly, Evil Hoopa's roar boomed across the battlefield. Red light flickered in its eyes, murderous and horrifying.
"DISAPPEAR! DISAPPEAR! DISAPPEAR!!"
A hateful, wrath-filled scream echoed through the skies as Evil Hoopa raised four of its demon arms high. The levitating demon arms swung down violently.
The air trembled under the crushing pressure of dark energy, waves of seemingly tangible psychic energy rippling outward.
The howling wind never ceased; rain from the Primordial Sea released by Primal Kyogre still poured down, but now the sound of raindrops seemed silenced.
"Reshiram! Fly out!"
Lucas shouted to Reshiram, his heart weighed by the oppressive pressure. Evil Hoopa was unleashing its dark psychic powers.
As a Psychic/Dark type, Evil Hoopa's psychic power was terrifying and now it was venting without restraint.
Reshiram instantly understood and spread its wings.
At the same moment, massive tornadoes erupted from the ground — wild, spiraling storms twisting through the air, sucking up everything in their path.
Storms powered by immense psychic energy — terrifying windstorms forming through supernatural force.
As Evil Hoopa's four arms spat out power, the tornadoes rapidly encircled Lucas and his allies.
"Kyurem! Glaciate!"
Lucas's hair whipped in the wind. He looked around, then ordered Black Kyurem.
What tremendous psychic power! Four enormous tornadoes nearly touching heaven and earth, like a natural disaster unleashed — ground, rubble, rain, everything torn apart by the devouring gales of the Psychic-driven catastrophe.
"ROOAAAR!!"
Black Kyurem's roar echoed as flame surged across its tail turbine, transforming into its White form.
The temperature in the air plummeted sharply. A beautiful frost filled the air around White Kyurem.
Snowflakes began to drift down from the sky.
With its dragon cry echoing through the heavens, rings of icy crystals burst forth, spreading rapidly in all directions: Glaciate!
Crack… crack… crack…
A chorus of freezing echoed as four massive tornado-ice sculptures spiraled forth, rising high around the battlefield chilling, towering columns of ice and snow.
Within seconds, the roaring wind died down. The ground became covered in silver frost. The four enormous tornado-ice sculptures stood as frozen monuments — breathtaking and horrifying.
""Truly terrifying ice power, worthy of being called the Ice Dragon Kyurem."
Black Rayquaza's eyes gleamed with admiration as it looked on.
"Hmph," Kyurem snorted, its head raised high in pride. It didn't need external praise—its own strength spoke for itself.
"Black Rayquaza, I'm counting on you."
"This one understands. Command as you will."
Black Rayquaza flicked its tail lazily, turning its attention back toward Evil Hoopa.
Silently, four spatial rings appeared — one beside each frozen tornado. From each ring emerged a huge fist crackling with black energy.
Hyperspace Fury!
"Rayquaza, Dragon Ascent!"
Lucas realized immediately and called out.
"ROAAAR!"
Black Rayquaza soared high, green light flickering around it. In the next instant, it shot forward like a lightning bolt.
At the same time, Evil Hoopa's Hyperspace Furies crashed heavily into the four ice sculptures, smashing them apart. Cracks raced up the structures until they collapsed and shattered midair.
"Fire Blast!"
Lucas immediately ordered Reshiram to fly out of the area covered by the falling ice. If it were struck by those plummeting ice masses, it would definitely not be a joking matter.
Reshiram unleashed Fire Blast straight toward the massive chunk of ice that was crashing down from above, then beat its wings powerfully and flew outward, escaping the danger zone.
"Annoying pest!"
Evil Hoopa stared at the black Rayquaza charging toward it at terrifying speed and let out a furious roar. A Dark Pulse rapidly condensed in front of it and shot straight toward the oncoming black Rayquaza, while its remaining two arms clenched into fists, continuously gathering power.
Black Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent collided violently with the incoming Dark Pulse. However, the Dark Pulse was clearly unable to stop it at all—it only managed to hold on for a brief instant before being completely shattered by Black Rayquaza's overwhelming force.
The momentum of Dragon Ascent did not diminish in the slightest as it smashed forward, colliding head-on with a Hyperspace Fury that rushed in to block it once again!
BOOM!
The Hyperspace Fury unleashed by the two arms was quickly forced into a disadvantage, being relentlessly driven backward under Black Rayquaza's continuous, crushing impact.
"Kyurem, Fusion Bolt!"
Seeing Black Rayquaza seize the opportunity to suppress Evil Hoopa, Lucas decisively ordered Kyurem to join the assault as well.
"Even if we have the upper hand now, it's still going to take some time."
Lucas's voice was calm as he watched Black Kyurem charging toward Evil Hoopa. His gaze narrowed slightly.
There was no doubt about it—Black Rayquaza and Dark Kyurem fighting together could certainly keep Evil Hoopa suppressed..
After all, these two top-tier legendary Pokémon excelled at close-range combat, whereas Evil Hoopa's strengths lay in the flexibility of its spatial golden rings and its ability to restrain energy-based attacks.
But once that was understood, and with the advantage of numbers added on top, suppressing Evil Hoopa was no longer a problem. Gradually expanding that advantage and ultimately defeating it was only a matter of time.
However, trying to bring Evil Hoopa down in a short period was still somewhat difficult.
Just then, a soft groan stirred inside Lucas's coat.
"You're awake? Are you feeling all right?"
Lucas paused, startled, and then took out the blue Zygarde Core from his arms—it was indeed the Blue Core that had just awakened from its unconscious state.
"Huh… human?"
The Blue Core blinked slowly, clearly dazed. Its body ached everywhere.
But after a moment's struggle to collect its thoughts, it looked into Lucas's eyes—and instantly, its expression hardened.
After being captured by Team Flare, it had suffered no small amount of torment at Lysandre's hands. Because of that, it harbored no goodwill toward humans at all—if anything, its resentment ran deep.
"Ah—looks like you're fine. Do you remember what happened earlier? You went berserk for quite a while…"
Lucas said calmly, paying no attention to the Blue Core's vigilance and hostility.
Compared to the Red Core, the Blue Core really had suffered far too much… that was true in the original story, and it seemed this timeline was no different.
Hearing his words, the Blue Core fell silent and tried hard to recall its memories.
Yes… it did seem like it had gone berserk earlier. Although it had been consumed by extreme rage at the time, fragmented memories still surfaced in its mind—Yveltal, Primal Groudon, and numerous other legendary Pokémon.
So many legendaries!
At that realization, the Blue Core immediately turned its gaze outward. Indeed—it was true. There were still many legendary Pokémon battling all around them.
"My other self!"
"The other Core sensed that you were seriously injured and rushed over. Right now, it's fighting Primal Groudon for your sake,"
Lucas explained to the Blue Core.
"It cannot defeat Primal Groudon,"
the Blue Core said with concern.
Though its memories were fragmented, it still remembered that even its 50% Forme had been defeated by Primal Groudon.
"Human… could you please take me to my other self?"
The Blue Core made its request without much hesitation.
Because of its past experiences, it truly despised humans—but it was not a Zygarde Core that could not distinguish right from wrong.
At the very least, Lucas had saved it. Because of that alone, the Blue Core would not treat him with outright hostility.
"You want to merge with the other Core, don't you? Your condition isn't very good right now,"
Lucas replied, frowning slightly rather than agreeing immediately.
There was no need to think about it—the Blue Core clearly intended to merge with the Red Core and become the Complete Forme.
"You understand us quite well, human,"
the Blue Core said, looking at Lucas in surprise.
"But my condition will not affect our Complete Forme. Zygarde's power comes from the gathered Cells. We Cores merely serve as the mind."
It did not attempt to hide anything as it explained the matter to Lucas.
"So that's how it is."
Lucas raised an eyebrow.
"Reshiram."
Since that was the case, there was no reason for him to stop the Blue Core. And if Zygarde's Complete Form could appear, it would be a very positive development for the battle situation.
"We may need your help shortly, Zygarde."
Reshiram immediately flew toward the direction where the Red Core Zygarde was battling Primal Groudon.
"I understand. The influence caused by Hoopa's evil intent is actually this severe… that truly surprises me,"
the Blue Core said as it glanced at Evil Hoopa nearby.
As a native legendary Pokémon of Kalos, it was naturally familiar with Hoopa.
But even so, it was genuinely shocked that Hoopa's malice had escalated matters to such an extent.
"ROAAAAR—!"
Primal Groudon let out a deep, thunderous roar and fired a Solar Beam, forcing Zygarde back, before slamming its massive claw heavily into the ground.
The earth split open, erupting with terrifying crimson light as scorching magma surged out from the ground.
Precipice Blades!
Blades of molten rock erupted violently from the ground, rushing straight toward Red Zygarde.
Red Zygarde had only just dodged the Solar Beam—trying to evade Precipice Blades at this moment was undoubtedly far too difficult.
BOOM!
The final, massive magma blade slammed directly into Red Core Zygarde. Zygarde let out a cry of pain as it was sent flying, smashed into the ground by the force of Precipice Blades.
"Reshiram, Dragon Pulse!"
Just as Primal Groudon was about to pursue, a beam of draconic light shot toward it.
Primal Groudon's enormous claw glowed white as it swung down—its Hammer Arm instantly shattered the incoming Dragon Pulse.
Taking advantage of that opening, the Blue Core leapt onto Red Zygarde's body, gazing directly into its compound eyes.
There was no need for words. Having once been a single being, the two Cores instantly understood each other's thoughts.
The Blue Core turned around to face Primal Groudon, its single eye lighting up brilliantly.
"I am Zygarde, the Guardian of Order! Now, bear witness to my true power!"
Zygarde Core's telepathic voice was not particularly imposing; in fact, its strange tone could even sound somewhat comical.
But at this moment, the combined emphasis of the two Cores was utterly awe-inspiring.
As Zygarde's words fell, countless green points of light flew in from the horizon, completely enveloping both the Blue Core and Red Zygarde.
The dazzling green radiance almost dyed the entire sky green!
The green lights swirled together, forming something like a vortex, and the two Zygarde Cores were fully submerged within that dense, luminous color.
Finally—
With a crisp, resounding crack, the green vortex shattered apart. An overwhelming pressure spread outward as a brand-new Pokémon, towering like a giant, appeared before everyone's eyes.
"Zygarde—Complete Forme!"
A strange light flickered in Lucas's eyes as he stared at the newly born Zygarde and spoke in a low voice.
A Complete Form formed by two Cores gathering all of its Cells—
Zygarde, the Complete 100% Forme.
