I think this is the weakest chapter I've written so far, just so you know.
I had planned to change some things, but something happened: my house almost burned down. A fire broke out near my house and it was just meters away from engulfing it.
Luckily, I had written the whole chapter this morning, because after getting soaked and nearly burned while helping to save houses, I was exhausted.
Thank goodness it didn't happen where I live; otherwise, I would have been on indefinite hiatus from this fic and the other one I'm writing.
That's my current situation, and I'll most likely not sleep tonight; I'll continue with the fic.

Kushina could be seen slumped in a corner, practically steaming.
"I think seeing two seals in an inverted array is a bit much for her," he commented, observing her condition.
Minato simply smiled at this and continued his intense study of the scroll, while I glanced at Jiraiya, only to realize he had escaped.
I went to the side where I had been standing, staring blankly and, honestly, not understanding what Tobirama was thinking.
"How can he incorporate math into ninjutsu?" I asked.
"Honestly, I don't remember much about this; it's the ninja academy," Minato remarked.
"That's because they don't teach it at the academy; they never covered this," Kushina added, sounding a bit more aware.
If it weren't for my knowledge from my past life, I probably wouldn't understand any of this either.
"Perhaps it's something Tobirama created specifically for this jutsu," Jiraiya said, reappearing with food and drink. "Honestly, I thought it would be something similar to the Summoning Jutsu."
"It's somewhat related, but not quite; I see it has inspiration, but it's a bit like summoning yourself; you usually need two people to do that, hence the difficulty," Minato said.
"I see what you understand," Jiraiya said, surprised.
"It's not that big of a deal. I imagine Miyu isn't far from me; besides, I see there are areas where this jutsu can be improved," the blond man said.
"Then you should write it down—no, better yet, make another scroll that's easier to understand with your improvements," I told him.
"Wait for that," Minato tried to reply, but I'm more eloquent.
"It's part of creating or improving a jutsu; it's the norm. Besides, you're learning a jutsu from my clan; it's only fair that you make a small payment," I explained.
"Wait, I already gave you a favor as payment," Jiraiya said.
"Your favors are useless right now," I told him.
At my response, Jiraiya went to a corner to wallow in self-pity. Something I ignored.
"First, finish understanding this space-time jutsu," I told Minato, to which he nodded.
He simply nodded at what I said, and we continued analyzing the scroll.
I don't know how long it took Minato to learn the Flying Thunder God Technique, but perhaps with my help he'll learn it in less time; besides, following the logic of what I'm reading, I thought of another jutsu that might be useful.
Since Minato is learning the Flying Thunder God Technique, there's no need for me to learn it too; I'll do it, but there's no need to rush; I'm busy with other things.
But if he can appear at something he marks, then he can summon anything he's also marked. That's what I figured out when I saw all this.
...
"Incredible," Daiki exclaimed, walking up a wall using only his legs.
"You took longer than usual," Makoto mocked, doing the same but sitting and meditating.
"You damn fool," Daiki said angrily.
"I see you two are good enough to spar with each other, so let's increase the difficulty of the training," I announced. This sent a chill down both their spines.
I quickly drew a kunai and threw it at Makoto; he dodged it, but the kunai exploded, causing him to lose control of his chakra and fall to the ground.
"From now on, whoever falls off the wall will have to go to the Fun Zone," I said, which terrified them both.
The Fun Zone is a place in the Root where, well, let's just say one has a lot of fun. And both of them had already spent a day there and begged me never to go back. After all. Danzo uses this place to test out tools that malfunction or need redesigning.
I sent them here because they skipped training to rest. I decide when they rest; they don't.
Me putting in the effort to make these men strong and powerful again, only for them to want to escape; that's disrespectful to me and to the time I spend on them, time I could be using for something more important.
"Let's begin," he said, drawing multiple kunai with explosive tags attached to their blades.
No matter how much noise and how many explosions there are, no one will come, because this place is mine.
...
We just got back from a B-rank mission, which was to exterminate a band of thugs. It was believed their leader was a ninja, which turned out to be true—a Chunin from Suna.
It was actually quite easy to complete, since our powers and abilities have grown exponentially since Jiraiya took over as team leader.
When Uncle Toad said my chakra reserves would grow more than normal, he wasn't kidding. With all the physical exercise and a better diet, my chakra reserves have tripled. This allows me to use more powerful ninjutsu or enhance weaker ones.
Not to mention, it's made me grow a little taller. My breasts are still small, but I'm not flat-chested anymore; you could say they're an A leaning towards B, but considering my age, that's fine.
(Note: She's only 9 years old, and I'm not a woman, so I don't know how fast a woman grows, and I'm embarrassed to ask one and have to tell her it's for a fanfic or some other lie.)
"Alright, I'll go see the Hokage to give the mission report; that gives us 5 days off," Jiraiya reported.
"Perverted Toad Uncle, can you give us a little more time off?" I asked him.
"Why did you add 'pervert' to my name?" Jiraiya complained a little.
"Ah, sorry, Super Perverted Toad Uncle, is that okay now?" I asked him.
"I mean, take 'pervert' off 'master,'" he complained inwardly, but he couldn't say much, since he considered himself a super pervert. "And what do you need more days off for?"
"I need to go to the capital of the Land of Fire to speak with the daimyo, and I don't know how long the negotiations will take," I explained.
Jiraiya just sighed.
"Alright, but please give us the scrolls of the Flying Thunder God Technique so we can continue studying it. That's all I ask."
"No problem," I said.
...
"So we won't ask for a ninja to protect us during the journey?" Hitori asked.
"It's me," I replied simply, pointing at myself.
"That's right, usually when a group of civilians moves like this, a mission request is made so that some ninjas can protect us," she commented.
"I could ask Kushina's team to protect us by giving them the money for a C-rank mission, but I'm not planning on giving that annoying redhead a vacation," I said as they organized the paperwork we needed to take.
The idea was basically to buy the land, but the entire territory of the Land of Fire belonged to the Daimyo; that included Konoha itself. We just didn't pay taxes, since we were the military city protecting the country; otherwise, we would have had to pay more.
I don't think he'll sell us the land unless we give him a huge amount of yen, something I'm not planning on doing, but the idea is to start from there to reach an agreement so we can use the place.
Right now, there are five of us going: Hitori, myself, and three others who are helping us carry things.
"I just hope this doesn't drag on," Hitori complained, since she didn't want to leave her son alone with his father for too long.
"You're worried they'll burn the house down; if that happens, I can build another one without much trouble," I told her.
"That doesn't really put my mind at ease," my secretary said.
We packed everything important onto the scrolls and left. It would take us two days to reach the capital, only because I hired a caravan to take us; otherwise, it would have taken much longer.
Suddenly, we were attacked by bandits, whom I easily defeated using only taijutsu.
Doing all that made me sleepy and bored; I think these low-rank missions no longer appeal to me. I think being more selective about my missions will give me more time for my other projects and studies.
Looking all that up, I have my duties as clan leader, which I've left almost entirely to Hitori; I'm also studying human biology. In my free time, I'm also training in ninjutsu, particularly Mokuton, some of which are quite complicated to use, not to mention not suitable for a training ground. And finally, there's the lawless zone project, which is progressing better than I expected; those two have a lot of potential.
Now that I think about it, I need Uncle Toad's help with the nature energy issue. I feel like my body naturally senses that chakra flow, but I'm not sure how to absorb and control it. I could do it through trial and error like Hasrimara did, but if I have someone to help me, it would be foolish not to use it.
...
This was already the third day in the capital of the Land of Fire, and the negotiations were going incredibly slowly. As expected, the damn daimyo initially refused to sell the place, only for the next one to demand an astronomical sum for the land. If I accepted his asking price, I'd be in debt for decades.
At this point, I was getting the urge to seduce the daimyo, marry him, and then kill him on our wedding night to become the next daimyo. That's how crazy I'm getting about this.
Luckily, my conscience, Hitori, managed to calm me down, and right now we're trying to explain to the turd-head the benefits of building this greenhouse.
At least he's shown some economic and geographical knowledge, since he's managed to see what we're trying to give the ape, but, as I said, it's going incredibly slowly, because we're trying to find a balance where neither of us loses.
"Besides having the money for construction, hire people, people to stand guard, both during and after construction," Hitori began listing.
"It's a good thing we didn't start this at the beginning of my business and financial expansion," I complained, because if I had started with this, we'd have practically no budget.
"Didn't I say I had something for guards?" Hitori asked, referring to what I'd said weeks ago.
"Yes, but for that, we need an excuse to go to the Land of Thunder," I replied.
If I remembered correctly, there was a ninja clan with a red dōjutsu that had the ability to control blood iron or something like that.
If I could manage to subdue that clan and make them subordinates of the Senju clan, I'd already have a ninja clan working for us and carrying out missions, not to mention protecting resources and investments for free.
When it became known that the business magnate who appears at the beginning of the story was starting to make huge investments to take everything from him and kill him in the process, since, no matter how much money we have now, it's used up and gone, so we need more.
I rubbed my temples, thinking about what to do next and how to convince the stupid leader we have as a country.
"I think I'm going to unwind," I told Hitori, taking a large sum of money.
"What do you plan to do, Miss Miyu?" she asked carefully when she saw me take the money.
"I'm going to the casino," I explained.
"But you're not even of legal age," she said, just so I could make a hand seal and transform into an adult version of Miyu.
"What were you saying?" I said to my secretary, using a shunshin to avoid being stopped.
I quickly arrived at the casino, which was full of lively people. This was the only casino in the Fire Capital; In other places like Tanzaku-gai, these places were full of them, but here there was only one.
I quickly exchanged my money for chips and started looking around, only to see a large crowd gathered around a woman.
A woman I recognized instantly: blonde hair, enormous breasts, and an attitude of utter violence.
I knew I was in the capital, but I didn't expect to run into her, since you can't live in a casino.
I hesitated, but after a few seconds, I walked straight to the table.
"Is the table available?" I asked, only to see everyone staring.
The place fell silent, and then my gaze fell on one person in particular: Tsunade, my mother.
