Imperial Punk POV:
Day 2 of Training Camp:
I awoke in the infirmary after passing out from exhaustion and was run over by the bus they had chasing me. I know this was good training, but holy shit they almost killed me. I look around and see everyone on the team being treated. I see they actually almost killed all of us. The first day was hell already, but the fact that they made adjustments without gathering proper data is just incredibly reckless and stupid. Vic was passed out, with Mama Blues who was exhausted looking over her, waiting to calm her down if she ever woke up and saw everything.
Which is a great idea, seeing she'll either be completely pissed or have a complete breakdown with us all almost dying under her watch. Gray was in pain all over being massaged by chiropractors and masseuses. Rose is watching over Sweets covered in bruises and cuts which were all bandaged up. GW was attached to a hydration device asleep and recovering. Rain was also resting, but was awake on his hospital bed watching TV.
Lily was asleep in complete exhaustion with me being glad she was okay. Steel was awake looking over everyone like I was in worry while also being covered in some bandages. Spice is passed out in a hospital bed, and covered in bandages all over. I was also covered in bandages and aching all over. Then back to the sweets who was asleep with padding on her head.
BlaD is also asleep from exhaustion, and Jo is in the same state as Spice. Norn was lying face down also being messaged all over, and KiWi was passed out from exhaustion also strapped to a hydration device. Thank goodness we were all wiped down and cleaned by nurses. Still, this is not a good state for the team. That's when out of nowhere both Jo and KiWi awoke in their beds at the same time gasping for air.
They looked around and saw the state of everyone before both frantically looking for something or someone. They then looked at one another finding each other and staring at one another for a bit. They both began crying with Jo running upwards off her bed and collapsing on the ground. Which didn't stop her as she soon furiously crawled towards KiWi. Which didn't wasn't hard as they were near one another.
They soon came together in an embrace with tears in their eyes. They kept saying I'm sorry to each other as they soon kissed. After the kiss, KiWi says," Jo I love you, and I just want you to take care of yourself." With Jo responding," I love you too, and I'm sorry for thinking you only did those crazy things just to mess with me." They soon embraced each other with intensity with all the staff watching.
They did not care, as they began talking to each other, and the doctors and nurses came to check on both of them. It seems both of them realized each almost died and finally unleashed the feelings they were holding back and the thoughts they were keeping to themselves as they were separated for weeks. Now it all flowed out as they talked while being checked by the medical professionals. I soon was getting checked out myself and soon I was being messaged myself. It felt great, now it was time to wait for everyone else to wake up.
Soon time flowed and one by one the sleeping ones woke up. First my girl Lily awoke and joined me in being messaged. We talked, with neither of us looking away unless someone turned our heads. Sweets soon woke up and surprisingly Rose came to her and hugged her as soon as she was conscious ignoring her fear of touching others. I heard Rose only let Nurses and Doctors with gloves on to treat her.
Next GW awoke and she started crying as Steel came to her and held her being a rock for her to cry on. BlaD woke up next feeling hella tired, and feeling like he had too many drinks. Sweets greeted her awake and both began talking. Spice soon also awoke pissed off with Vic just behind her waking up last. Everyone had to calm down Spice and Vic looking around looked absolutely guilty about our situation.
Mama Blues held her telling her this wasn't her fault and it was okay. Trying to calm Bic down. I could never read Vic like Mama Blues can, and she knew what Vic needed to hear, not what he wanted to, but what he needed to. It seems the nurses called the coaches and heads to as Juna came in carrying food with Mina and Mana by her side. Tsukasa followed with Takeshi, Suzu, Iguro, and Yuto. Mana soon announced," everyone good news, outside of a few bruises and cuts to some of you with the healing medicine I put in you and your incredible Uma Musume healing, you will all be healed good enough to continue camp tomorrow, and will be at 100 percent in two days."
I was absolutely speechless at what she just said, and Mina followed up saying," Unless all of you think this is too hard and want to leave, but I'll be honest with you, sorry to everyone that you are in this state." She bowed down in apology and continued speaking," You might be too tired to even complain, but you are allowed to leave as you wish via the contract we have all signed. We will look for new players, and you can leave and find a new organization that can match or beat what we have. Which we all know are non-existent, and my organization also knows that finding players of your level again in Japan is impossible. You were a miracle to find in the first place and a blessing to us, and that's why we made this training so hard,"
Spice done being quiet then asked," I see you jerk-wads what could be fucking out there that needed for you to put us through that hell not once, but twice almost killing myself and my teammates!?" Before Mina could deflect Steel answered for her, " Is it the great competition overseas or is it threats like the Pop Music Cult, the golden family mafia, and the Noble Racing League?" Mina was silent and before she could answer Tsukasa responded," All of the above, and it seems you saw my files from last week huh Steel?" Everyone looked at Steel with great interest as she responded," Hard not to see something you put on a board that can be spotted by anyone visiting you." Tsukasa then laughed as Iguro interrupted saying," Yes, we all need you to be ready for those threats, that's why we're training you so hard."
Iguro continued speaking saying," Not only are your top competitors really that good, but threats within the league will do anything to try to stop your dominance. Then outside of it with all of you wanting to explore other genres of music, the Pop Music Cult that controls the music of this world will want to punish you for daring to challenge the might of pop music. Then the Golden Family Mafia who controls the gambling industry in the underworld will do anything if you win too much and get in the way of them making money. Finally the Noble Racing League the rich rival of the FSRL will sabotage teams to make sure they do not fall behind their rival. Your demands have led to this, either work hard or give up on your dreams."
Spice calmed down and all of us realized the world was bigger and crueler than we thought. Lily then smiled and began laughing she then spoke saying," I see, I see, I see, such wonderful rivals for me to face and crush, you all might be a bunch of scaredy cats, but this is what I wanted, rivals to face and conquer, no matter who or what. I Edged Lily will return to training tomorrow." Everyone was speechless and I smiled saying," That's my girl right there, and I the king of punk rock thinks that's badass, rebelling against the current world order, what could be more punk rock than that. I Imperial Punk will return to training tomorrow."
BlaD then joined in saying," Yeah I do agree to not having to listen to absolute garbage every day for the rest of my life. Fuck the Pop Music Cult, Black Diamond will return to training tomorrow." The Norn spoke saying," I usually do what the fuck I want, and fuckers trying to stop me make me want to do that thing even more. Norn Viking will return to training tomorrow." Rain then laughed out loud and yelled out," Such youth among my teammates, this is what living is going against the odds no matter the foe, I Enduring Rain will return to training tomorrow as well!"
Sweets then spoke saying," I might be still dizzy, but as long as I get a helmet next time I'm cool with it, and no one is hitting those bitches but me. Sweet Pollen will return to training tomorrow." Jo then spoke saying," Allow me to assist in the training, and we're even, this way too interesting to leave now. I'm sorry KiWi, but Endless Journey is returning to training tomorrow." KiWi began laughing maniacally announcing," Ha Ha Ha Ha, Jo no need I your King shall protect you from harm, as this interests me as well, King Wild is returning to training tomorrow.
Everyone else thought about things, and soon someone spoke. It was Spice again saying," This might be crazy, but so has my life, and I ain't no pussy, fix your damn devices. The King of Marathons High Spice will return to training tomorrow." Steel smirked saying," With my man Tsukasa by my side I can take on anything, victory is mine bitches always. Team's strongest Steel Valkyrie will return to training tomorrow."
Only leadership was left, and everyone knew that it only took one of them saying no to end it all. Still Lily spoke saying," I wanna be by Sweet's side, and I am willing to do anything to protect her. That's why Tyrant Rose will return to training tomorrow." Gray spoke saying," Mina was logical and Iguro was honest, and we did ask for this, not being stupid about it. Now as long as we're all honest about everything from now on I'm in, Tactical Gray will return to training tomorrow."
GW the most emotional earlier was quiet and was zoned out completely thinking about something. Vic asked, "GW what's wrong, if you don't want to do this you don't have to?" She then came to and soon looked at Mina with determination," Great Wonder will return to training tomorrow." It came out of nowhere with Vic asking," Are you sure?" GW nodded with fire in her eyes, something is up.
Mama Blues then spoke saying," I see with the majority ruling, and I really want to break all those records more now, know this my friends, I am in. Mama Blues will return to training tomorrow." Vic looked around and asked," Are you all sure?" Everyone nodded making her smile and say," I see, I won't leave any of you behind that's a promise. Now if the heads over there are fine with revealing things we need to be informed about I Team Leader Victory Gate will gladly return to training tomorrow."
Everyone applauded and soon the organization and the team were one. The team was scheduled to meet with the heads after training camp to inform them of everything. We will all soon be back to training tomorrow as we were informed the next two days will be lighter. The coaches are working with the team to properly create a training schedule. Now it's time to sleep baby, I got hard work to do tomorrow.
