Black Diamond POV
Creating both the music for the team as well as doing all my duties on the athletic end has been difficult so far. The time I had was not enough. The moment I get going to one thing I have to do another. Now I have to multitask when I'm not in physical training. That's when we were summoned to do staff introductions, great another distraction.
I already assigned the replication of songs from our world to GW, Rose, and Gray. Then I had to share the responsibility of everything with the rest of the team to just give me more time. Now I have to manage them and create music, because they're all somehow incompetent. How little sleep I get these days, when I'm not passed out from exhaustion. Soon I got cleaned up and went to the meeting.
There everyone was waiting as I dragged a laptop full of my work with me. I planned on working through this foolish meeting. We soon arrived and soon the introduction began. After Mina's speech, I saw a very handsome man appear on stage. It seems he's our new coach, and he seems to be quite popular with those who are attracted to men in our group.
Soon enough the group once again started another incident. Pretty rad, but very mundane at this point man. We soon moved on to other people as I half ignored them while I worked. That's when I heard music I've never heard in my life, this world or my old one. I looked up immediately away from my work.
There she was a woman I heard was named, Ana Miyamoyo. She looked like Matikanetannhauser, but more elegant. She was playing a video now, but earlier as I was multitasking she spoke about my work which irked me, it led me to ask," Really are you going to just talk or are you going to put your money where your mouth is?" She responded saying," Why tell you when I can show you. You showed what you can do on video, I'll show you what I can do on video."
She soon clapped her hands and said," Gentlemen play the video please." Soon a video played after the room got dark, I guess she was prepared for that question. Soon though the video began and a musical performance made up of music and dance appeared. It caught my attention immediately and I was floored at how amazing it was. I never thought something from this world could challenge anything I've heard on earth.
The dance every move was elegant and precise. The song was built on music I never could have imagined. It opened my eyes to music I had never heard before. Yes, I still loved rock and roll, but this was revolutionary. Soon the video ended and I looked around.
Everyone was moved even the staff on stage. She was that good as she spoke again saying," I hope you like my performance, if you want to see more like and subscribe to my Umatube channel ___. I hope to see you again next time." Soon everyone applauded even myself as I knew I had to do two things after this, follow and research that channel and talk to her later. The performance from Juna was good, but I barely paid attention to it, but the performance from Ana has gotten my full attention and more.
She soon left the podium with my full interest as I was still affected by her performance. Soon the introductions passed and we split up as I wanted to speak to her. She was the head of the music and dance department of the place which honestly she deserves. I had questions and insights I wanted to speak to her about. Still, I could not find her anywhere for the likes of me.
I even searched for her in her office, her room, and her usual hangouts. That's when I received a message on my phone. It read," Yo guess whose girl just got her agency hired as the Org's primary agency?" It was Spice, fucking dumbass doesn't learn even with what happened earlier. Everyone sent their congratulations to Ayana and hate messages to Spice immediately.
Soon enough though Spice sent a second message saying," Calm, here's some info you're gonna love and forgive me with. I hear from Ayana that the staff are gonna have a meeting tonight, so if you want to have a meet up with your new interest right after this would be the time." I smiled it seems we're even because without this text I would have wasted my time looking for Ana for hours. Soon enough I texted Spice thank you and that we were even. Then I went to where the meeting was happening and waited catching up on my work as I did so.
After a few hours, I saw Ana get out of the meeting. Soon I chased after her after putting away my stuff. I called out to her saying," Miss Miyamoyo may I speak with you?" She turned around and looked at me in curiosity and responded," Oh what a surprise Black Diamond, but not unexpected. Now what is it that you require of me?"
I responded," I would like your expertise in assisting me in my work. I enjoyed your performance video earlier and see great potential in us collaborating in the future." She soon nodded as she immediately understood what I was saying and responded," I see you enjoyed my work, but Mr. Black Diamond I know what I bring to the table, do you have anything to match? I know all of you work together amongst yourselves to create your music, so what makes you worthy of working together with me?" I smiled and took out my phone and put it on one of the compositions I created.
I told her," Proof is better than words, so please listen to my work." She soon put on the headphones that came with the phone I gave her and she pressed play. Soon I saw her calm attitude break and saw her smile. She soon pressed pause and took off the headphones handing both items back to me. She responded saying," Impressive Mr. Black Diamond, now with such talent why do you need someone like me?"
I honestly responded to her saying," Well I'm already spread thin. Even though I share most of the work with my teammates it does help that they still need my help. It doesn't help my schedule if I have to help them too. That's why I need someone like you to not only help me reduce my workload and free up my schedule. I also need your team to help those idiots with advice."
I continued without interruption saying," Then there's your expertise and vision. The ability to help me improve my work and enhance my vision is always welcome. I saw what you can do and I liked what I saw. Now that you've seen what I could do, will you join me and help me create songs and dances?" She smiled saying," Of course, that is why I'm being paid for anyway."
She continued saying," Now that we want to work together, we can actively pursue our goals with no problems. Also now that we have shown what we can do we can trust each other with our work. Now I do not expect perfection, but expect logic and if there is any way we can improve our product we chase it. Now let us get to work shall we?" I smiled saying," Of course."
Man, sometimes you have to talk fancy so you can show respect to those you want on your side. Now that's on lock it was time to get to work. Soon we left for my workplace and we began working. We shared music theory together and her insight into sound was astonishing. That's when a feeling in my chest started hurting and I knew it was emotional.
While we spoke she was sharing her discoveries and her knowledge she had researched for years along with this world's knowledge. While I was only using knowledge from my world using knowledge I learned, but never improved or discovered myself. I thought I was great at music she made me realize I was a fraud sitting on the shoulders of giants. I pretended to know things, even though I was only spitting out what every computer in my original world knew. Still, I acted this way continuously because love it or hate it I was going to need to lean on her genius for now at least.
Now we focus on using our knowledge to create great music and dances. While making great songs and performances. I got her to include her team and staff in our future endeavors. Still one day I hope I will be truly a giant myself in music. Now it seems there will be another all-nighter tonight.
Ana Miyamoyo POV
The meeting had ended and learning that I had caught the attention of our team's brilliant composer and musician is amusing. Still, I can tell how hard she works especially with reports saying she works throughout the night. She has even distributed her workload to her teammates. Which is why not just ask the music staff to assist you in those endeavors? Does she not trust us or does she not just respect us at all?
I desire to see more of her work for I have grown interested the first time, but to no avail. The team is secretive with their work and holds leverage as they have full creative control. That's why I made that video I presented earlier today, because I needed them to want me I needed Black Diamond to ask for me. We already tried the other way, but each time we were rejected and turned away. Now it seems I got her hook line and sinker.
This time I'll make her beg to work with my team and me. The moment I left the room I was planning my strategy on how I would deal with her asking me. That's when I all of a sudden passed her in the hallway. I saw she was working here for ours as I saw her on her laptop and phone writing sheet music and composing songs virtually. I soon remembered I planned to let her come to me not the other way so I walked away politely.
That's when I heard the very woman herself yell from behind me screaming," Miss Miyamoyo may I speak with you?" That was faster than I had anticipated and it seems she's talking politely just to for me, that's adorable. I soon responded to her saying," Oh what a surprise Black Diamond, but not unexpected. Now what is it that you require of me?" I wasn't lying I planned this, but her coming to me this fast was out of my expectations.
She soon asked me," I would like your expertise in assisting me in my work. I enjoyed your performance video earlier and see great potential in us collaborating in the future." Oh, sweet goddesses of victory you have come and blessed me. Yes, I looked calm on the outside, but in the inside I was partying so much. I soon responded saying," I see you enjoyed my work, but Mr. Black Diamond I know what I bring to the table, do you have anything to match?"
It was time to make her beg for me so I continued with me saying," I know all of you work together amongst yourselves to create your music, so what makes you worthy of working together with me?"She was gonna beg for me any minute now, but soon something unexpected happened. Black Diamond slowly came near me and said," Proof is better than words, so please listen to my work." Soon she put on headphones in my ears and pressed play. Soon I was listening to a song that started soft, but soon evolved into a great composition.
I was in awe with each sound never having heard music like this before. Soon I spoke as I removed the headphones, with me saying, "impressive Mr. Black Diamond, now with such talent why do you need someone like me? She soon spoke saying, "Well I'm already spread thin. Wow he fully trust me now, guess she trust me to the point that she actually needs my assistance. That or the rest of the team are just that bad at creating songs and dances without her expertise. I'm hoping for the former, but it's probably both. Which will probably be Black Diamond's teammates ignoring the rest of my team to just ask me or Black Diamond directly every time they need assistance. I really need to get those girls to trust the crew I put together and I have to do it fast.

I nervously started all my sentences with now didn't I? What's wrong with me, why am I being so awkward at this moment. Still I'm glad he spoke soon saying," Of course." That was a relief with us getting this deal through. Soon we went to her music studio in the building and I was in awe at how much of a mess that place was.
I told her," yeah we need to clean this place up. I'll call night staff and then we can continue our work." After a while staff came to clean and we began sharing music theories, knowledge, and ideas we had. She spoke like a scholar knowledgeable in ways I've never heard of, with such passion. I spoke about my discoveries and research along with what I knew.
I spoke like what the street people call a nerdy geek about everything, while she spoke like a scholarly professor. We even soon experimented with sounds as I showed her some of my performances I recorded on Umatube. During it I explained my reason and inspiration of why I did each thing. While she began dancing to each beat she played from her own compositions. It was inspiring watching her perform and that's what's making me terrified, am I truly worthy to be by her side?
Soon the clean up finished and we began working. The feeling got worse as I spoke and showed my ideas, but she always showed me something I could barely imagine. It felt like a genius scholar had stepped in to teach her expertise to a novice with creative ambition. Still this is what I had fought for and now I can't allow myself to look weak and foolish. I can't allow myself or my team to be blocked out creatively again.
That's why I decided to work through and learn as much as I can. We worked well finishing songs and creating dances. We even gathered the ideas, written songs, and choreography by his teammates. Then we polished them and created performances that matched. We didn't know hours passed and soon we both excitedly saw it was morning.
That's when a butler came in saying," Lady Mina has heard you two had been working all night Miss Black Diamond and Miss Miyamoyo. She has ordered both of you to have breakfast, shower and got to sleep. You have both violated company policy and are forbidden from working the next two days. Now clean up and go rest, your work stations shall be shut down during." Oh my, time to go to bed I guess, I thought as both of us looked at each other knowing this was just the beginning.
