Andria's POV
Immediately, we got to the pool. Aven pushed me into the pool, causing my heart to skip a beat.
"The fuck is wrong with you?" I screamed, bursting into an uncontrollable laugh.
He stared at me, bursting into an uncontrollable laugh.
He jumped into the pool shortly after, winking at me.
"I figured you weren't going to let yourself get wet, so I did what I had to do," Aven said, drawing closer
I let out a slow breath, forcing a small smile so he wouldn't push further.
Aven felt different, maybe livelier than he usually is. I could tell that this was his element.
Music thumped louder here; the tipsy feeling had disappeared, but somehow with Aven's hand surrounding my waist, I felt dizzy.
"There you are!"Becca yelled over the music, scooting closer.
"Where is Arlo?" I asked, wondering why I had never seen them together all through the night.
"Well, he is over there with the males playing ping-pong or whatever they call it," she giggled.
