For the first time ever, Auden missed the truck that send him straight to god. He looked at the large stack of research notes in front of him which seemed to bigger than the curriculum of the entire 7 years of Hogwarts combined.
Which according to the teachers is just for him to study for the month.
When Auden had to go to headmaster's office, he knew that he had to create a reason for entering the restricted section. So, he decided to create a reason that will make sure that the teachers will get off his back when it comes to the studies that he has to take every day.
Don't misunderstand, he is indeed thankful for the care they had given to his education. But right now, he is wishing with all his heart for them to get a safe disease that will confine them to beds for at least until the year passes.
McGonagall and Flitwick were adamant in making sure he attended every club meeting that was called upon every week. And every week he had to study dozens of variations of the same spell again and again.
Snape started teaching him about advanced potions, though he only allowed a slight increase when it came to practicals. According to him, theoretical knowledge is something that can be learned, but experience in potions can only be learned by practice and experience in handling every kind of ingredient by hand.
Thankfully, one day left the room after giving an assignment, giving Auden more than enough time to copy the potion's book of the half-blood prince. The silent blade spell is actually one of the best spells made for assassination. Why Harry used it in a face-to-face battle, no one knows.
Auden took out the Diadem once again, as he knew he had to learn everything given to him by the teachers right now, so that he can use the time to push forward his plans before they give him the next set of books to study.
The next day.
"How"
"Did you"
"Know about it" Whispered both the twins as they were confronted by Auden who asked them to show him the Marauder's map directly. He figured it was better to ask them directly than beat around the bushes.
"Well, I won't tell you how I found out about it. But I am ready to trade information as long as you let me borrow it for two days" Auden told his deal to the twins, making them raise their eyebrows in interest.
"What kind of deal?" Fred asked.
"What does the new genius of Ravenclaw know that would interest us" George quipped from the side.
"What about the real names of the creators of the map" the moment Auden said it both of them froze.
Ever since they got the map, the two Weasley twins had become hardcore fans of its creators. Just the way the map reacts, its password, and its security against anyone forcing themselves in shows that the creators were excellent pranksters.
The twins would not have been able to complete many of their successful pranks if not for the existence of the map that told them the location of every single person that existed within the castle.
They looked at Auden again.
"And how can you prove that you know the correct person?" they asked while confused.
"That's the next part and its something that you would love" Auden said as a smile formed in his face.
Half an hour later.
"Alright Rowena, can you make a copy of this map, along with it, can you find a way so that I won't appear in the map or anything similar unless I want to" Auden said as he revealed the map to Rowena back in his room.
Rowena used Auden's wand to check the map.
"Not bad, the map directly connects to the ley lines present within Hogwarts and its surrounding area while using a spell that reveals a person's name. The map keeps on sending these spells while receiving the information constantly, thereby gaining information about the locations of people as well" Rowena muttered explaining to herself as well as Auden who is listening to it.
"Can't believe a few children who had not even graduated from the institute managed to make such a complex artifact that melds both alchemy as well as runes. So now, Auden explain how the map keeps on working after so many years and how can you prevent yourself from being found out within it." Rowena questioned, testing whether Auden is learning rather than just recollecting information.
"So, the connection to the Hogwarts Ley lines makes sure that the map will never lose its power and keep on working forever. As long as I carry a barrier artifact that protects me from the name revealing spells, I will not be found out" Auden said after thinking for a few seconds.
"Good" Rowena commented with a smile as she then began teaching Auden a few spells by which he can directly modify the map, with which he can prevent himself from being seen in it, instead of carrying an artifact for it.
Later that day, there were a few screams around Hogwarts where Professor Snape was calling Harry's name, accusing him of playing with him using private information.
Thankfully, Harry had a stellar Alibi in which he had played a part in Lockheart's play in the DADA class. So, Snape had to reluctantly give up on his accusation and spend time in finding the real culprit.
But his action of accusing Harry was more than enough for two pranksters to realise they had made a good deal while trading their map. They got the required information that proves the identity of one of the four pranksters that created the Marauder's map.
Later that day.
Auden took out a paper that Helena had managed to get from the Slytherin dormitory, courtesy of the Bloody Baron who was ready to help the child as well as the founders in any manner they ever need him to.
Auden looked at the paper, memorising the handwriting of Draco Malfoy.
A/N- hope you like it.
