Wave of sunlight slipped into the room from gaps in the curtain and struck Dan in the face, in a few minutes he was awake staring at the roof of the poster bed. He turned when he noticed a flash of white while turning. He turned around and saw one stand looking at him a sword clutched to her chest.
Oh are we supposed to share my room. Sorry I didn't know that, I must have hugged the bed, wait a minute, Dan said , from what I can see this bed seems big enough for the both of us possibly even more, I don't wanna seem like I'm nagging or anything but did you not sleep the entire night?.

Well that just wouldn't do, how can you have energy for adventure if you don't sleep. You can go to bed I'll go on an adventure with mum today you need to rest, I mean I didn't even remember falling asleep yesterday and if I was tired enough to pass out you must be too so go to bed.

One woke up some time in the afternoon and realized she had slept longer than intended she jumped off the bed and almost crashed into Dan who was by the bedside with pile of books on the floor one on his lap, he had clearly been busy.

At these words she started at the bathroom door and with one last look at Dan disappeared behind it.
The library was not a favorite place for one, though she can read she didn't prioritize knowledge over physical training, she found it amusing that Dan were so Infested in the words in the books, she just couldn't understand his infatuation with them.
Go grab a book, Dan said not looking away from his, you can't just stand there staring at me aren't you bored or something?
One looked around but no book seemed to pick her interest. The books she had read in Amag were about poisons and the human body they we're always about some method of killing, she moved a little paces away from Dan but still close enough to run to him if need be she stopped by a book of ancient gods from mythology. She's kinda like you isn't she, Dan said looking at the goddess on one's book. She's often mistaken as a war god where as she was a goddess of beauty, even from a book she seems cold. Dan was silent for a while as if thinking then with a scream that socked one.
Why don't we just call you Areia rather than one, I mean one is a number and it doesn't really suit anyone right, Dan said looking at the book, it's also the name of the goddess there as you can see. So what do you think? Dan asked looking at her face for the first time since the conversation started.

Dan? How in the world did you get her to accept a name, Arthur said in utter disbelief. That's surprising, I thought it'll take years at the very least to get her to warm up and you did it in almost two days, you've got rizz kid, laughed Arthur.
Well here Areia, your new clothes, we'll send more later we can't have you wearing one one thing now can we. Arthur said beckoning to Flynn to hand her the clothes.

I don't know why I didn't get one too, Dan moaned staring at Areia's new outfit. For some reason it suited her perfectly. It was a tight elastic fabric that hung close to her body tightly but not tight enough to make her uncomfortable but to allow easy movements. There were little iron plates that covered her wrist and some on her thighs. Also the breast plate was small and light covering only areas that if struck would be fatal in battle. There was a strap that hung the sword horizontally on her waist, and strong but light boots that swallowed her ankle to her calf. She stared at herself in the mirror, to her the clothes was highly efficient,to Dan it was the coolest piece of clothing he had seen.
Who saids black white can't mix, scoffed Dan looking at Areia the way I see it you and black clothing are a match made in heaven. Shouldn't you tie your hair tho, I mean if you make sudden movements wouldn't it cover your vision seeing as it's almost your waist level, you could try tying it like my dad's I mean that's efficient right?
Ariea lifted up the hair on the side of her ear and looked at it, if left to her she would have cut it long ago,she thought to herself, it was a liability to me and very many times had it hinder me in battle, but for some reason I got in trouble with the leader when I tried to cut it.
Here Dan said handing her a fine piece of red cloth, you can use this to tie your hair in a ponytail, mum gave it to me cause she said it fits my hairstyle but I don't use it much.
Ariea took it and tied her hair in a neat pony tail, she bounced up and down from foot to foot to test the tying method and after confirming it works she stopped. He'll find out eventually, Areia thought.
What's wrong?Dan asked clearly puzzled why she stopped.
She crouched, then with an inhuman amount of speed she jumped, the ceiling was high,high enough to stack Dan's old room in it which was already incredibly high, but for some reason Areia was able to jump that high, and it seemed to dn she could jump even higher. She landed on all fours then she disappeared before Dan's eyes she ricocheted around the room with quick acrobatic movements that Dan couldn't follow after a while she stopped on the face she was initially standing in front of the mirror as if she hadn't be around the room half a second ago.
She stretched, and said, well the suit is good and the hair don't obstruct mu vision as much anymore, I could work with this.
Whoa you're incredibly fast aren't you, Dan said rubbing his eyes, I couldn't even see you. How did you do it? He asked, I wanna be able to do that too. Is it cause of the suit? You should definitely be able to beat mum in a race I should make you guys run a race.

Let's go explore the castle, Dan suddenly sprang up grabbed Areia but the hand and started pulling her outside the room and running down the hall, they opened the door and crossed the barrier without any difficulty. Dan stopped for a while thinking where they'd go after not know cause everywhere look alike he picked the left side and they started running down the left hall, it all happened in a slip second the hall curved and Dan couldn't see the maid pushing a tray of food at the other end, Dan almost collided with her has Areia not Interviened she immediately pulled him towards herself jolting him back the grabbed him cause they were still in a forward moment and jumped over the maid landing on the other side. Both Dan and the maid we're petrified cause it had happened so fast they hadn't had time to registered what happened after a while the lady yelled.
Oh my! Are you kids ok? She asked surveying them you're really fast for a kid aren't you girl. Thank goodness you guys are ok. I have to go the queen is wait for me if we were to see letter I'll give you guys snacks ok, she said as she wheeled the cart off in a hurry.
Why don't we just go see mum, Dan suggested still held in Areia's arms. He wiggled free from her grip grabbed her hand again and started racing after the maid. Dan saw the maid disappear behind a door not to far off, soon they were on it.

I could have been made from powerful residue of magic, came Ash. I mean both the king and queen are powerful beings and the castle is somewhat enchanted maybe residue of unused magic gathered in once place and formed this massive grass land, thought It's only a thought they could be another reason.

You're more my style white hair, Lilly said menancily her face began eminating a faint golden glow and her face slowly but surely healed from the damages done by Areia's punch.
ASH IF YOU DON'T WANNA GET HURT I SUGGEST YOU MOVE BACK A LITTLE, Lilly said menancily.
Master stay behind me, Areia said calmly, Dan obeyed calmly seeing as words couldn't solve this.
DON'T DIE ON ME NOW, AREIA, Lizzy yelled as golden streak of light shut from orbs around her that instantly appeared.
None of them hit their mark as Lilly was yet again flung back by another powerful punch from Areia. Somehow she had closed the gap between them once again without anyone noticing. This time the punch too her more than a few feets away and lunged her far off. There was a long streak of golden light Areia doged it with a quick somersault, the light pierced the ground and burnt the grass around the area. Lilly got up slowly and immediately the entire area were covered with golden burning light. Areia was on top Dan faster than the light could reach him she jerked him off away from some stray beams.
I'll burn you to a cris.... Lilly's voice were drowned with another blow from Areia this time she didn't let her fall back she grabbed her collar and in the span of a second had delivered more punched that they could count in the span of time, she flung Lilly's body to the air and at the same time grabbed he by the ankle, Areia slammed her hard on the ground over and over until the girl went limp.Areia left her and started walking towards Dan when Lilly sprang up with great speed unlike before she had already healed from the damages Areia had done to her but still not fast enough for Areia she dodges Lilly's punch easily and with a swift ass kick brought her head to the ground.
Something is wrong, Areia thought when I damage her she seems to come back stronger, I know I'm stronger by a large margine but it still keeps me on edge, I know I shouldn't have damaged her like that at the beginning cause I wouldn't wanna cause trouble for Lizzy later on but if she'd just stay down I'd be able to leave without permanently hurting her.
GOT YA, Lilly was on Areia like a snake, the burst of speed was greater than what Areia had expected from her at the moment, she had let her guard down. Lilly grabbed Areia and tried to discharged a large amount of light from that nonexistent distance, she immediately felt the world spinning her sudden burst of speed had caught Areia of guard so much Ariea hadn't controled her strength properly the ground burst open as Lilly slammed into it. The stomp that came next was uncalled for Lilly was down, Lilly not giving up still tried getting up this time with great difficulty, it would seem her magic power is depleted, Lilly with one desperate attemp lunged at Areia and Areia prepared to strike again but they didn't attack. It was as if the air itself had become ten times heavier, Lilly slammed into the ground unable to move and Areia stood transfixed.
Enough. Boomed Ash, Lilly lost this battle no need to fight till death.

First there's the king and that handsome knight, they weren't out of the ordinary but clearly far stronger than anyone I've met so far including mum and dad, and there's the queen that seems stronger than even them, she seems to goof off all the time but I know from mum's tales that she's a powerhouse and though she's not as intelligent as the king and his knight she's no fool either, I think I'm scared of that one, she smiles a lot and can take a good joke that makes it all the more terrifying people like that if angered can be quite bothersome and last but not the least there's the prince, Lilly took a palm of water and looked into it, it immediately escaped through the gaps in her palm back into the tub, I can't describe it but he's different somehow I haven't had any conversation with him yet but something is definitely off about that kid, just thinking about all this makes my head spin.

But it couldn't be more further from the truth, Dan had already awakened both Lizzy, Arthur and Flynn hadn't known what triggered it as it was years ago months after he was born, no one knows how it happened or how he did it but Dan has somehow blown up their island leaving a huge creater in the ground, had Lizzy not Interviened and stopped the destructive energy the damage would have been catastrophic, it was the moment they decided to live separately from people Incase of a second occurrence. But now that he had grown and able to manage emotions they thought it was best to bring him to the capital. Having other kids his age would let him grow like a normal kid and probably manage his emotions better.
The Dining room was pretty lively with Dan and Lilly having a friendly eating competition and Ash as the coordinator and referee, while Areia was a silent spectator.

They all burst into laughter, looking back when they were young they did really stupid stuffs no one would have thought they'd be ruling a kingdom one-day.
The kids had gone to bed and it took almost another hour for the adults to head off to bed too. Arthur and Flynn proceeded to go to the office, Lizzy called after them following them to the office. Amber went to the guest room on her own. This not being the first time she's been here the found her way easily, she stopped by the kids room, Dan and Lilly were running around laughing, Amber wasn't sure who was chasing who she could also hear Ash trying to calm them down she couldn't make out any sound that'll indicate Areia's presence in the room, she heard a loud bang, from the commotion Dan had fallen, she expected some sort of crying only to be shocked by more laughter, she left to her room smiling herself.
I'd like to come here with the kids more often, she thought, I'd never really hear them laugh like that.
