Atlas gave a faint smile when the Ice Leviathan, the creature that had inhabited this island since long before they arrived, finally emerged before him once again. The leviathan rose from beneath the frozen lake with a violent burst of ice and freezing mist, letting out a deafening roar that shook the enormous frozen cavern.
Chunks of ice began falling from the ceiling as enormous cracks spread across the frozen lake beneath them. The entire cavern trembled under the creature's presence, and jagged lines continued racing across the ice with every movement of its massive body.
"My Lord, we are ready back here if you need us," Edrik called out from behind him.
"You are usually quiet whenever I am about to do something reckless, Edrik."
"Well, that is only because part of me is worried. It has been quite a while since I last fought beside you, My Lord." Edrik answered. "But yes, I am certain this is the best way to test your new strength."
