Ralph spent the rest of the day shopping for everything he would need to climb the mountain. He remembered what Galard had told him earlier and about the supplies he should get.
Ralph knew he had to buy all these things today because tomorrow morning he needed to leave very early. If he started early enough, he would have time to climb up the mountain and come back down before it got too late.
Galard came along to help Ralph shop. Galard would look at the different items available and help Ralph choose which ones to buy. Then Ralph would pay the shopkeeper for each item.
After they finished buying the climbing supplies, Ralph went back to the caravan where he was at before. There, he picked up some other things that he found interesting. These weren't climbing supplies, but they were personal items that were important to Ralph and that he wanted to take with him on the journey.
