But upon closer inspection, something felt off.
Though it radiated formidable power, it was ethereal, just like its appearance... not a tangible object.
The Cyclops realized something was amiss after a moment, showing slight hesitation.
"Master, this seems to be just a shadow of the Godslaying Heart."
He spoke, as if suddenly enlightened.
"Perhaps this is a mark meant to guide the Dark Naga in its search for the Godslaying Heart..."
Lear nodded slightly, that explanation seemed plausible.
In contemplation, Lear ordered the Deserted Tomb Guard to search around the dark altar.
The black mist had completely dissipated, and there was no longer any trace of the Dark Naga, but caution was necessary.
Quickly the Deserted Tomb Guard reported back... all was safe.
