Dusk Mountain Range, humans can't occupy this place. Volcanic eruptions are frequent here, and the climate is completely unsuitable for human habitation, yet it always manages to breed some monsters. Even if Su Li kills Drake, other monsters and threats will emerge here, and it might even be occupied by some cultists, such as followers of Khorne and Chaos Knights. After all, Khorne particularly likes this volcanic terrain.
If this place becomes an evil land breeding Chaos Monsters, or simply a nest and headquarters of the Khorne Church, Su Li would still prefer a Red Dragon to occupy it.
The legend of "There is a dragon here" is nothing more than continuation, and it would be considered a good story.
Within the Empire, many territories have dragons in their deep mountains, and some dragons can even establish advertising agreements with secular territories, endorsing apples for farmers and orchardists.
Humans and Giant Dragons are not entirely unable to coexist.
