Zhang Zhengdao is not blindly arrogant; his confidence comes from his own strength and three array maps.
As a seasoned powerhouse who was already a Perfect Demigod ten years ago, although he greatly reduced his time adventuring in the Abyss after becoming the clan leader to handle family affairs, his growth rate has not lagged thanks to the Zhang Family's resource supply.
If the strength increase from Perfect Demigod to Peak Demigod is divided into one hundred parts, then he has reached about forty now.
Don't underestimate just reaching forty percent; outside of the Awakened, Ordinary Life without Cause and Effect Points usually takes over a thousand years to progress from Perfect Demigod to Peak Demigod, and that's for the best among them!
Moreover, as a powerhouse of an SS Talent Profession, Zhang Zhengdao's potential is far greater than an ordinary S-Class Profession, and it's even harder to reach Peak Demigod.
